  Location is nice , for it to be in a bad area, when you walk in the store employees will look you right in the face and say nothing, no greeting, no can I help you nothing literally sit right there and have separate conversation in front of you , drive thru person needs a raise (the black young lady with glasses, amazing service)!!!

  This is twice I've come and both times I've had to go inside and complain about something wrong with my order . And wait double time for them to correct it . Last time not only was I missing items but burgers were made wrong . This time I asked for my nuggets and fries fresh and instead they double dipped them and they were too hard to eat so now im sitting and waiting in the car longer with an infant . SMH

  The braindead employees will push you around the building to wait for a single drink and make you wait for over 10 minutes because I refused to take a smaller drink than I ordered when they asked "will you just take the smaller one? It's easier" I ended up blocking the drive through line because the lane was too small and got incredibly embarrassed over a single drink because other customers were honking at me. I know it's not that much but why wouldn't you just give me the drink at the window instead of brushing me off like I'm going to forget about one of the only 2 things I ordered? Poor service and zero consideration for the customer every time I've been here

  They moved us to the next window and they were taking for ever until we went inside and ask what happen with our order and like four of the workers were on there phone and had forgotten about my order I was late to my appointment

  I would give 0 stars but i can’t , about 20 minutes ago me and my younger cousin walked to McDonald’s because we were hungry and wanted something that was open We proceeded to walk in the small order pickup lobby and i gave the lady with the accent ( think she is a manager if so she does not need to be in management) she had a real noticeable accent older lady ? I gave her my code and she proceeds to tell me that she cannot give us our order because they were “ not doing walk up orders” but i told her i only walked to the McDonald’s because it was near and i don’t have a car. She proceeded to say it was “ against policy” but i had watched a guy in front of me pick up his order from the tiny window inside. I express to her how this is very unfair and i did not have a car to go through the drive through & she proceeded to let me know i would not be able to get my order since i did not have a car to get in the drive through with even after telling her i had walked to the McDonald’s and already pre paid for my food. This is very very unacceptable for somebody in management especially when customers are supposed to be first, especially when I paid ahead of time to pick it up. Please advise her this is not how you treat customers since she clearly did not care.
