  I usually go to this McDonald’s and don’t have an issue but today I asked for a sausage mc muffin and got a dry sausage on two dry buns with no cheese and a watered down iced coffee. Super dissapointed.

  I dont know if there not training their new people correctly or whats happening i drove through i can hear some saying “this shit is stupid i dont get it” anyways i order 8$ worth and there telling me my cards declining as im opening my bank to make sure its not locked with over 1,000$ and they tell me its ok i pull to the next window and they want you to charge me again so i pull off and i look at my bank again they charged my card 66.84$ but my card declined??! Train your employees how to speak to customers its not hard to say i made a mistake i need to charge it again with the correct amount

  4 stars because the app straight up delayed my order so we pulled up to the store with no online order on record. We had to reorder at the window and when we got him the order verification popped up on the screen of our phone. The manager Brenda was very nice about it. She said if McDonald's too the payment then to come back and they'll give me a refund(they gave it back that night) :)

  Went to this McDonald's just to get a Large Sprite and 2 apple pies Sunday evening around 10:30 p.m. 09/27/26. My daughter took a sip of it before we got back on the highway and said that had no flavor, it was just carbonated water. So I went back to tell them that the Sprite syrup needed to replaced and to get a new Sprite. Mikaela (could have spelled that wrong) asked if I wanted another drink. I said no thank you, I wanted Sprite and I would wait for her to replace the syrup box. She said "the store did not have time to change it out because they were too busy". I was honestly floored. I've worked in fast food, it doesn't take long to switch the box out maybe a minute or two max. So I said I would take Dr. Pepper. She came back and said they were out of that too. So I had to opt for something else. So they would rather dish out carbonated water to everyone (drive-thru, in-store/online orders, and even more so delivery couriers that won't know that those drinks are bad until the customer gets it and complains....that can affect the courier's ratings, which could effect their money income). It is pure laziness. It's still a task that needs to get done. Another guy came in there at the same time because they forgot an entire happy meal and a burger off his order. Also had the same Sprite problem. Do better.

  This morning I came to this location for a large caramel Apple frapp get to the window it's not ready and they parked me. That is poor customer service. Parked me then 3 cars behind me got there orders and left that is not right. Get your workers together. Got my refund n went else where. McDonald's off Clifford got it right. Plus it was cheaper. Best service! I see McDonald's prices are different at different locations.
