  Had to go pick the order up personally after waiting one hour and fifteen minutes and seeing it was still in the oven on the tracker. Called to check order status and was told lack of drivers had the order sitting waiting to be delivered... obviously getting cold. Was assured order was hot in-store upon arrival to attempt getting a hot pizza. It was room temp at best when arriving back home and checking personally. They apologized on the phone when calling to check order status and just advised waiting was the only option. On a Monday? In Wharton, Texas... where it literally takes five to ten minutes to drive across this entire small town. Who wants lukewarm pizza? Not to mention previous orders missing ordered items and given the runaround to have them fulfilled. Being given sour, old tea previously. Just over this establishment's caliber of service along with many other residents here. There's obviously a work ethic issue with the current employee pool. Training and accountability need to be on the forefront of the "menu".

  Waited 10 minutes for an order past the pick up time. This store has a bad culture and the owners/operators dont give a crap. Not only did they not greet anyone when we entered.I stood at the counter for 10 mins with no help while my order got cold. The only way to fix it is to not support this place no one apologized for the wait nor was my food hot. I can't give 0 stars, but I would.

  Could not eat there. All the tables dirty and not one customer there. Why? Maybe the establishment won't pay for enough staff. I'm going to blame owner or corporation. Someone needs to report it to health inspector. People you are eating on dirty tables.

  Im so dissapointed! I ordered some cheese sticks and a pepperoni stuffed crust pizza. Well there is no pepperoni and the cheese sticks have something crunchy on it Im guessing thats the garlic but it does not taste good 😒 . Im just over it! I have not been to this pizza hut in a few years and will never ever be back again! The bottom of the pizza is so soft seems like it was just microwaved or something no slight crisp or anything.Its oily its just a horrible horrible pizza! Im tired of Wharton Restaraunts at this point! Ill stick to just cooking at home for now on! 😔
