  Called in an order, paid for order through app, at just after 11:00pm on a Saturday night. The hours are open until 1:00am in the summer. I arrived at the store at 11:36, and after a few minutes of ignoring my presence, a staff member informs me they are closed. I check the posted hours of operation both online and the building, Saturdays stay open until 1:00am, so I mentioned that. Her response was,”Oh, we haven’t updated that yet.” Guess what, it’s still not updated. Flat out lie. If anyone reads these comments they’ll notice a trend in poor food quality and poor performance based bad marks for this location. Trust the reviews. I could tell you exactly, beyond a shadow of a doubt, precisely why this location is the worst in the region, but I’ll save it for my edit. I’ll just begin recording my visits here until the issue(s) are rectified, so I’ll have clear time stamps and audio to post here and elsewhere. If they want to jerk customers around like they do, a little retaliation in fair reporting practice is at hand.

  I ordered a garlic Parmesan chicken wrap and small tater tots. Tater tots were OK but the wrap was a joke!! The chicken that was in the middle was just breading. There was no chicken inside. Sonic should be ashamed of themselves for serving something like that.

  I ordered a oreo blast. It was straight vanilla ice cream with some oreo crumbs on top. Someone need to be trained on how to make an oreo blast. I paid 5 dollars for vanilla ice cream. I will not order these from them again

  At about 730 August 25th I went through the drive through. I ordered drink with real fruit, not syrup. The girl you could not understand they're the drive through when you asked her to. Repeat herself. She was too busy with other things. To clearly tell you what you got. And then when I pulled forward, I saw her adding syrup to my drink. When I requested real fruit, extra real fruit, and when I said that knocked on the window and said that I was told it was for somebody else, ha ha funny nobody else was there. Maybe that's why right now. The average is a 3.6 star rating. I will not be coming back to this one. And we'll pass this on to everybody, because the girl was rude. She jerked the money from my hand got my change. Slapped the money and drinks and lock the window and walked away. Did not wanna reply to us going? We need more than just one straw. Since we ordered 2 drinks, hope somebody else learns from this. I will not be going back
