It's Saturdayat 4 pm and they have 2 check out open. But 3 managers standing around chatting about car rentals. I always have an issue here. For no baskets to not restocking during a day shift. I run retail, I can see the mistakes.
- CLCharles LeadfordMay 22, 20265.0I often go into HEB specifically to buy flowers for my wife. They have a nice selection, a large floral area and prices are in line with a quality of the offerings. I highly recommend them and if you can create your own arrangements even more so.
- DSDavid SchneppMay 10, 20261.0They reorganized the entire store. Can't find anything anymore. As a marketer, here's the dirty little secret as to why they do it. They do it to make more money. The shopper is confused, has to walk down different aisles than before, sees new products, and spends more. They're not doing it to make the experience for you better. They do it to get more of your money. It doesn't matter if you're upset because of the reorganization. Especially in Austin, they know you essentially have no alternative.
