- JGJay GonzalezMay 30, 20261.0One of the worst customers focused HEB. Clearly they have poor managers at this store. I shop in South Austin. Slaughter and Brodie store. Much better CS. It's Saturdayat 4 pm and they have 2 check out open. But 3 managers standing around chatting about car rentals. I always have an issue here. For no baskets to not restocking during a day shift. I run retail, I can see the mistakes.
