From the moment we walked in, every employee was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. The customer service made us feel right at home!
The food was absolutely delicious—everything tasted incredibly fresh, flavorful, and made with high-quality ingredients. You can really tell they care about both the food and the experience they provide.
We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend CAVA to anyone looking for a fresh, healthy, and delicious meal. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience! 🙏💚

They only take orders through their app, which turned out to be a last-minute hassle. Aside from that, the food was good. The outside of the building looks nice, though the inside is just decent.

I had to pee. I was planning on ordering something and I was in the store Before closed it was before 9 o’clock, maybe 10 minutes or 5 minutes does it really matter? There’s nobody there just a kiosk and I see someone cleaning in the back I didn’t want to bother them. I figured I’d run to the bathroom real quick and then go buy something from the kiosk but halfway to the bathroom, they turned the light off thankfully I had a flashlight, so I continued my journey as I came out there was still no one paying attention to me and with the light off I felt very awkward like maybe they would think I’m a burglar, Maybe they should lock the doors before turning light off and do a sweep? anyway I didn’t buy anything because at that point they clearly did not care and they just wanted to get the hell out of there.
I searched for “Cava” on my map looking for a quick bite, not realizing this location is a only a kitchen. Unlike a regular Cava, there's no assembly line. So once there, I had to download the app, create an account, and order online. The process took much longer than a standard order, and to make it worse, they texted me saying it would be delayed. It was the slowest Cava experience ever. To top it off, when I opened my food at home, one of the bowls was wrong. Conclusion: just go to a regular Cava.
