  Tried CAVA for the first time on a work trip and got Myron made the whole experience easy. At first glance, the menu can be a bit overwhelming, and with that I had no clue how to build a bowl, so he walked me through some recommendations and honestly put me onto a really good combo of his. Safe to say I get the hype now . Great customer service and just an all around good experience.

  Worst Cava ever. No ice available for drinks, and my falafel dish only came with two pieces of falafel. The portions were ridiculous for the price. Staff seemed completely out of it.

  I would leave a review for the food and atmosphere but we left immediately. Were from out of town and pulled in on the fly. Because this location is a digital location we were required to put in an address before we could order but we didn’t know the address. We tried to ask the worker for the address and explained to him we were clueless of where we were and his response was it’s ok and proceed to do his work. This is why digital dinning won’t work. There are employees whom don’t think they have to have any customer service therefore they believe they don’t have any accountability for there work and produce as good a quirky product as their customer service. Terrible

  I had a great experience at CAVA, and I have to give a special shoutout to Myrom for making it even better. From the moment I walked in, the service was friendly, fast, and welcoming. Myrom was especially helpful—very attentive, patient, and made sure everything was just right with my order.

  Rude not helpful Came in here and tried to order and everybody was busy working. I asked the guy with the address for my order at 243 I scanned and ended up Next Door because when I asked the guy for the address he told me what road I was on. I told him I’m not from here and then he wouldn’t tell me what the address was not very helpful extremely rude. Just go next-door and save yourself the time.
