    Oh my GOD. I never write mean reviews for fast food places, and I have a lot of sympathy for fast food workers, but that all goes out the window when it comes to these late night subway workers. We always get takeout and come in late at night around 9:20 - 9:40. With my work and life schedule thats just the time I get there. Well it's always 2 or 3 of the same workers, and they always glare/huff/roll their eyes when we walk in. Either that or they refuse us service because they closed 20 minutes early because they wanted to. So tonight we ordered it for takeout. 4 6 inch sandwiches for me, my fiancee, and my parents. We get there at 9:45, noticeably a little later than we usually do, and they don't have meatball. Two of our sandwiches were meatball and two were tuna. So we say, okay, can you just make the tuna ones and give us a refund for the meatball? They say no, you either waste your money on half of your order, or refund the entire order. Basically, we don't want to make your tuna sandwiches because we are lazy. My fiance does doordash driving on the side, so I KNOW its possible to get half of your order refunded. You just have to do it through the app, but they said nope, either lose your money and dont get your food, or maybe get your money after a 2 hour conversation with support, and still don't get your food. If you don't want to work at subway, GET A DIFFERENT JOB.

    I went to subway in West Columbia Texas tonight , a bit late 9 :20 pm . It apparently was slow. The Employees had the lid closed over the foodand had been working in the back. The young female came out the back and spoke to Mathew we have a customer as Mathew cleared the door from. The back section to the serving section looked right at me and rolled his eyes and body language said it all. I stated the he obviously was not inthe serving mood told him he is in the service industry and the rolling of the eyes said it all. Told them to have a good night.

    Evan is truly sweet and great customer service. He was extremely attentive. I’ve came here several times and it’s never been this good. The service has always been spotty and attitude given. Evan went the extra mile. It may be making a sandwich. But with his attitude, I can see him doing much more. Thanks man for a great sub and great experience. Please keep going!

    Horrible customer service. Twice now I've made an online order, and it's never ready when it says. The first time I get it, your busy but 35+ minutes for a sandwich! What's the entire point of ordering ahead?! Not just that but they wait until I arrive to let me know they're out of bread. When I brought up my issue to the cashier she simply shrugged. No apology, NOTHING! I'd leave 0 stars but sadly it doesn't let me.
