No me importo no pensé que se me callera algo , pero cuando el personal puso mis cosas en la bolsa, la botella de agua dental para mi mascota se deslizó por el hueco y cayó al suelo del estacionamiento. Una señora me comentó que había una botella tirada, pero no pensé que fuera la mía. Después de manejar unos minutos, recordé el comentario y regresé; la botella estaba pisada y dañada. Me costó alrededor de ocho dólares. No escribo esto con enojo, solo para pedir que revisen los carritos y los reparen, porque uno no espera perder productos por un desperfecto así. Ese día solo compré unos pocos artículos, y subiré las fotos para mostrar lo ocurrido. Gracias por su atención y espero que puedan mejorar ese detalle para evitar pérdidas a otros clientes.
