  Food was nasty!! I usually try to leave good reviews instead of bad ones…but this time I just can’t. This is the second bad experience I’ve had in this location. IT MADE OUR STOMACHS SICK. My order was 10 pc bone in lemon pepper… well there was no lemon pepper flavor to them. They were not well done and they were super greasy but I mean ugly old oil. There was no flavor of that thick buttery flavor they should have… they had a flavor of old oil (kinda like the oil they fry them in). Like if they just poured a spoonful of that frying oil on it because they ran out of butter. It was nasty. First time around they literally left my daughter and I standing for 10 minutes without coming to take my order. There were two employees cleaning tables and two cooks. One of the poor cooks kept looking at me and them to see if they’d come help me… almost seemed like he wanted to politely help me at the register (taking my order) because he saw how rude the two employees were acting. Mind you… the establishment was ALL ALONE… NO CUSTOMERS only us! I patiently waited because I thought they would eventually finish walking around like if they kept cleaning and come help us. NO, that never happened. So I walked out of the place while the cook looked at me with a face of shame that they had ignored us even when we said “hi” twice so they could come take our order. Anyways.. you probably are thinking why would I return to such a bad service place… well I believe in second chances … I thought first time was a fluke and they could have just had a bad day but no… this place has bad service and bad customer service plain and simple.

  Giving 1 star cause I had to otherwise this location doesn’t deserve not even half of one. Cashiers in front are horrible. They don’t know how to do their job nor want to. Rather drive the distance to Donna than continue going here.

  I feel I am very patient when it comes to food service. As I too work in the fast food industry. But today I had a very bad experience with this wing stop, and it is my go to 🙁 I ordered through the app and it took over 2+ hours to receive my order, and after 4 times going in and out our food was finally done AND COLD. So I had to go in a 5th time. But they were willing to redo the order. Which I appreciate and I understand restaurants get busy, and orders get backed up. But then again I waited over 2 hours, and that feels unreasonable.
