  Very disappointed with my experience. I needed to use the women’s restroom and found two employees inside together. The female employee with pink hair told me the male employee was going to clean the restroom, so I waited. When he came out, the restroom was still filthy and had not been cleaned. I later saw the male employee working behind the counter he had no uniform and when I tried to call and report the incident, my calls were disconnected three times. As a parent, I was especially concerned that my underage daughter witnessed this situation. The experience felt unprofessional and inappropriate.

  Awesome energy this place has as well as a great environment and delicious Pizza well cooked every time and a great staff with amazing customer service.

  On 03-21-2026 around 10:30pm I went in with coupons.I had read the fine print on the ones I wanted to use.I go up to the counter to coupon was buy any pizza and get one of equal or lesser value free.he said only order only. coupon said take out or delivery..So I try another coupon any pizza,any crust,any toppings for $10.00 take out only.i said give me a stuff crust.he said it's a $3.00 charge.I told him if he could read the coupon.$10.00 any pizza,any crust,any toppings.he still denyed to go with the coupon.pizza hut what is going on with the brand it's declined in the passed 5 years . maybe change management
