  Anthony (drive thru) and Robert (GM) evening shift were completely rude. I asked for a oatmeal and they said we don’t serve breakfast meals during the evening only breakfast ( which I’ve gotten it before at all other Mc Donald’s as well) and even at this one then Anthony came out and said I have the right to refuse service instead of using his customer service skills and explains the situation. So I said let me speak with the manager. manager came opened the window and said we don’t serve breakfast and closed the window and totally excluded all my other orders! Are they afraid of money they don’t want my money they acted like they were the owners. I said okay that’s fine . Told me oh this is a A franchise the owner won’t do anything. Like he was just so sure of himself these kids have no respect. If this is the tpye of people they’re hiring I’ll make sure to spend somewhere else where they don’t question my oatmeal with is a side order. All they had to do was pull a little packet out and put it in a bowl and chargers me 4 dollars. I’ve never heard of a McDonald’s that does that. Just terrible service! I hope their franchise owner still knows they represent Mc Donald’s and this type of liabilities will only affect them because at this point they’re not an asse they’re a liability…They’re costing their company money.

  The hours of operation are wrong. Wasted my time and gas driving to the restaurant thats 10 mins from where I live for it to be closed, but it shows open 24 hrs. Fix your stuff.

  We stopped at this McDonald’s in the middle of a road trip, just looking for a quick break and some food. What we got was way more than expected. Vanessa, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. The service was fast, the energy was great, and she genuinely made the experience feel welcoming and easy. We don’t come to McDonald’s often, but this visit stood out. If you stop by and see Vanessa, say hi, she truly makes a difference. Highly recommended.😋
