- MMmect mect3 days ago1.0I went order a chicken crispy meal and it was over cook I ask for another one obviously it take 6 to 8 ‘minutes but it was more dry and the same loke before. I know it was busy and all that but it wasn’t worth the Walt, the fries taste like hillcountry frozen fries , not like the original McDonald’s 🍟 And when I orden I was waiting and my order my coffee caramel frappe was sitting there in the charola waiting for the chicken sanduich then it was waiting for the fries, Ii went because of the playground but the food wasn’t good this time

Every single visit, no matter how small the order is, customers are asked to park and wait—and the wait times are far from “fast food” standards. The service is consistently disappointing. Staff often come across as rude, and basic items that are paid for—like sauces—are frequently missing from the bag. Even standard condiments aren’t included unless you ask multiple times. The food quality is just as frustrating. Fries are almost always soggy and not fresh, and the burgers are carelessly put together. It feels rushed but somehow still takes a long time. What’s most concerning is that this seems to be an ongoing issue. Management doesn’t appear to address these problems, and responses to reviews feel like excuses rather than real solutions. Unfortunately, nothing seems to change.
