Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- ASAshley SageAug 12, 20261.0Truly the worst whataburger in my history. I honestly don't know how this location manages to get something wrong almost every single time. Whether it's missing items, incorrect orders, extremely long wait times, or food that clearly wasn't prepared with any attention to detail, there is always an issue. What's frustrating is that this isn't an occasional bad experience—it's a pattern. You can go in on different days, at different times, and somehow there is still a problem. Whataburger as a brand is usually reliable, which makes this particular location even more disappointing. Management seriously needs to address the consistency and quality of service here. Customers shouldn't have to check every bag, wait forever, or repeatedly deal with incorrect orders just to get what they paid for. No longer giving them my money. Sadly, it's the closest but I guess I'll drive a little further out for better service.

Having to wait in the drive thru at the NASA location before ordering for 8 mins and then having to get to the drive thru to revive my order, I had to wait an additional ten minutes. This location has gone down really bad because no customer I repeat no customer should have to wait 20 minutes for two meals. There’s no sense of urgency, other people were having to wait for their food. There was a gentleman that had to wait 25 minutes for his food, which doesn’t make any sense to me and should not happen at all.

My food was fresh, hot, and prepared exactly the way I ordered it. The restaurant was clean, and the team was working hard to make sure every customer was taken care of. It’s always great to visit a place where the employees show pride in their work and make you feel appreciated as a customer. Thank you Whataburger team for the great service and delicious food. I will definitely be coming back!
