  Not only was the food made INCORRECTLY, it made me sick!! It was absolutely abysmal. Paid for a double whata jr. and got a single. No cheese on taquito. Doesn’t cheese come by default?! I could only eat half the burger and back up it came. This location is always hit or miss, but it’s been really missing lately. Everyone is sayin Whataburger ain’t ish now, and I’m really starting to get it. 👎🏻👎🏻

  One of the best Whataburgers I’ve ever been to, would recommend this to everybody! The burger and the atmosphere was by far my favorite, and the service was 10/10 miss Sarah treated my family as they were their own! Thank you much love!! ❤️🤞🏼

  I ordered a Honey BBQ chicken strip sandwhich with buffallo added on. They then proceeded to take 32 minutes FOR A SANDWHICH. When i got home i discovered they didnt put EITHER buffallo OR bbq on it and it was luke warm almost room temp. Mind you, i live about 2 minues away so it didnt cool off that much in that time. The staff was friendly at least. Not sure what the issue is with that particular restaraunt, if they are understaffed or poor managemnt. Its the only one ive had issues with and its happened on numerous occasions where ive waited excessively (15-20 plus minutes)

  I’ve noticed such a positive change at this Whataburger since the new OP came in! The store is running awesome now. The team is friendly, the restaurant is clean, service is fast, and the food has been fresh and made right every time I’ve visited. You can really tell there is strong leadership and that the team is being held to a higher standard. The overall atmosphere feels more organized, welcoming, and customer-focused. Whatever changes the new OP has made, they are definitely showing! This is how a Whataburger should feel—fast, fresh, clean, and welcoming. Great job to the entire team! 🍔❤️

  honestly feel like this Whataburger deserves more recognition. I’ve been here multiple times, and my experience has consistently been great. My food has always come out fresh, hot, and usually within about 5 minutes, which is exactly what I expect from a fast-food restaurant.I understand that speed of service matters, and I know restaurants have timers and goals they have to meet. But there’s also a balance between getting food out quickly and making sure the food is actually fresh and made correctly. This location does a really good job of doing both.think sometimes people forget that fast food is still fast food not a luxury restaurant with a private chef waiting on your order. During busy times, there may be a little bit of a wait. That doesn’t automatically mean the employees aren’t working or that the service is bad. I’d personally rather wait a few extra minutes for food that is fresh, hot, and correct than receive a rushed order that has been sitting around.The restaurant itself is also very clean and welcoming. The employees are friendly, and every time I’ve gone in, the atmosphere has been pleasant. You can tell there are people behind the scenes working hard to keep things moving and take care of customers. And honestly, mistakes can happen anywhere. What matters to me is how a restaurant handles the experience and whether they continue trying to improve. From my personal experience, this location has been doing a great job. I’ll definitely continue coming back. Great food, good service, clean restaurant, and reasonable wait times. Keep up the good work! 🍔❤️
