  They have terrible Service and won’t let us order off of the main menu it was my first time going and I am not sorry to say I will never be coming back. Also when we tried to get the worker (Ashley) attention she ignored me every time I don’t know if it was because we they were all children playing but still.

  My son’s school field trip was today at this location. The kids had fun. Here comes the not so fun part! He ordered $8 of snacks. Gave the server $20. She told him she would be back with his change. She never came back with his change. He was upset about this but could not find her to ask for his change. Before he left for the field trip, I reminded him to remember to tip the server. He knew. But $12 tip for $8 snacks????? From what he gathered, the other kids that placed orders with the same server didn’t get their changes back either. Please do better next time!!! Should not take advantage of the kids!!!

  Had an amazing time at Topgolf Webster with our family. We went mid-week in February around lunch and it was perfect because it wasn’t busy at all, so we had lots of space and didn’t feel rushed. The service was excellent and the food was really good. The virtual golf games for kids were so much fun and interactive while waiting for your turn. The bays were clean, comfortable, and the whole atmosphere was fun and relaxed. It’s a great family activity if you’re looking for something to do for a few hours, even if you’re not a golf family!

  I didn’t have a good experience here. The atmosphere was nice, but the service really brought everything down. Our server seemed like he didn’t want to be there at all—very low energy, slow to respond, and not attentive to our table. It made the whole visit feel uncomfortable and not enjoyable. For a place that’s supposed to be fun and social, customer service should match that vibe. Hopefully they can improve the staff attitude and service because it has potential, but I wouldn’t rush back based on this visit.

  Severely overpriced. 80 compression balls dont play anything like real golf balls, so it gives you a false sense of how good or bad you're actually hitting the ball. For the price it costs to hit 100 balls here, you could hit 1,000 balls for the same price st any driving range, and you get to use real golf balls at a driving range. The games you can select from the screen in your bay are unrealistic and dont give you an experience that is anything like actual golf. $60/ hr to hit some rock hard, sub standard golf balls that go half the distance of a real golf ball is just nonsense in my opinion. Top Golf is good for one thing: a large group of friends who want to hang out, have fun, split the cost amongst them and hit some balls that arent really golf balls. Other than that, its just a failed attempt at recreating the golfing experience at a place that is similar to a driving range, but far different.
