  Had an incredible experience at the Webster Saltgrass Steak House last night. After taking my Mom to a normal doctor’s appointment, her blood pressure dropped to 70/90 and an ambulance had to come get her. We spent 7 house in the emergency room until she was released. Took her to Saltgrass to kinda celebrate her surviving. They were pretty packed, being a Friday night. Much to my surprise, we were seated within 5-ish minutes and the waiter (Nathan) showed up within a few minutes. Nathan was prob one of the coolest, most professional waiters I have had in years. He even asked if we were in a hurry or wanted to chill? After being at the hospital all day, I told him I would love to eat and get out of here. Somehow, within 5 minutes, we had our bread and food. That alone was surprising, but once I started eating the fillet (delicious as ever), I realized there was no rush and Mom and I just there and enjoyed!!! If you want a great experience, ask for Nathan to be your waiter. It will truly show you what great service with a smile looks like!!!!!

  We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Dre and Matt at Saltgrass Steak House on Mother’s Day, and they truly gave us some of the best service we’ve ever experienced. From the moment we sat down, they made every part of our visit feel special and welcoming. They greeted every mother with a warm “Happy Mother’s Day,” were attentive throughout the entire meal, and answered every question we had with patience and kindness. Their energy, professionalism, and genuine care for customers stood out in the best way. My family and I are so grateful we had Dre and Matt as our servers. They went above and beyond to make our Mother’s Day memorable, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you both for the amazing service you truly made our day!

  Dre & Matt were excellent! They made sure we had everything we needed and Both were Very knowledgeable regarding different items we questioned on the menu. The service they provided was Top Notch! This year was extremely different for our family. We are use to the men in our family catering to the women for over 32 years. However things changed for this year. Coming here to Saltgrass was definitely a good choice. The food and the drinks (adult beverages) were amazing. Thank you so much for the GREAT SERVICE Dre & Matt.

  Absolutely amazing. If you are wondering where to eat, eat here. Ask for Genaro, he was a wonderful waiter. Gave great recommendations, always kept our glasses full, and made sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy the delicious food they had to offer. From the bread to the table to the steak, ribs, and shrimp everything was superb. Abraham the manager was extremely professional and just as kind as Genaro. My wife andI were blown away to go to a restaurant expecting a casual outing to what felt like a fine dining homestyle eatery. I do not even know how to explain how much my expectations were blown away here. Will be coming back if i can get work at Nasa, this will be my go to for fall off the bone ribs. Theres no eating around the bones here because the bone slides right off the meat! Tell me your secrets! !!

  My family & I, celebrated my nephew's, college graduation here. We had the best servers, the food was great. They even adjusted the air condition for us. Wonderful crew; until I informed they about my AAA discount. Whomever that white guy was, he was rude. I showed him on my phone, my AAA discount, he stated that he had never seen or heard about a discount of up to 20% off before. He proceeded by pressing other buttons in my phone on the app. Really sir??? I didn’t make a seen. I nicely took my phone back from him, & read it out loud. In my AAA APP, I had two discounts for Saltgrass available. One for up to 20% & the other for 10% we chose Saltgrass, because it was near the graduation & since we had a party of I think 24, 1 bill, why not, use the up to 20%. Whelp, the white manager, decided to only give us 10% off. We will never dine here again, all because of his ignorance.
