  Stopped in for the Houston Restaurant Week menu which is 10/10. Our server, Jonae was outstanding. Before I even asked for anything she was there giving me my next drink, the next course. She’s absolutely amazing at what she does. If you come to Saltgrass make sure you ask for her!

  We had a wonderful experience at Saltgrass. Cassie was amazing—friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. Steven, the manager, was also incredibly welcoming. They both made my family and me feel truly at home and very well taken care of. It’s not every day you experience that kind of genuine hospitality. We’ll definitely be back.!

  Our experience tonight (Friday night) was amazing! Brandon G., our waiter, got everything exactly right, paced our meal perfectly, and was kind. The steak-I got the Filet Oscar-was the best I’d ever had. My husband’s Chicken Laredo was moist, had a generous amount of toppings, and our overall experience was impeccable. Highly recommend!

  We come to Saltgrass often and have always had good food and service. But this time I must write a review. Our waiter was Matt B. and we cannot begin to say enough wonderful things about him. We were having a birthday celebration and he got everyone’s orders perfectly, answered everyone’s questions, refilled drinks promptly without us asking, kept us up to date on mixed drinks, split up food perfectly for us and the list goes on and on. He may very well be the best waiter I’ve ever had. A big shout out to Matt B. for doing a phenomenal job. Oh, and the food was wonderful too.

  Fit for a dog. My fiancé and I stopped at our neighborhood Saltgrass for drinks, appetizers, and filets, looking forward to a relaxed Friday night. We both ordered filets and immediately realized they were not filet mignon. They were clearly sirloin. When the manager came over, she insisted they were filets because they were rung up that way and had been “certified” by their steak expert. She then showed us the receipt, as though we didn’t know what a filet mignon was. We travel extensively for work and eat at Landry’s and other established restaurants regularly. We know what a filet looks and tastes like. These were not it. What was most disappointing was being treated as though we were mistaken rather than having our legitimate concern addressed. We left feeling disrespected, disappointed, and completely ripped off of our Friday night, our money, and what should have been an enjoyable meal.
