We ordered Togo: 20 ribs-- 10 baby back & 10 spare, 1/4lb pulled pork & chopped brisket, pint of coleslaw slaw and baked beans. Out the door just over 100$. The spare ribs were super tough, baby back ribs were huge and also uncharacteristicly tough texture. Their house made BBQ sauce taste like BBQ flavored high fructose corn syrup. I would not recommend this establishment for a pick up order. The service was good, friendly and competent. The atmosphere is ideal to bring your family its totally decked out and furnished like an old western BBQ joint.

My extra lean Rudy’s sandwich. Biggest piece of fat I’ve ever received. Seriously, yall give this crap out to your customers?

Didn't live up to all hype I've heard n read. Thank goodness 🙏 for a sauce being available. I tried the 3 meat plate. Didn't care for any of it. Won't be back.. kinda pricey to.. a Big Disappointment !!

I've eaten at a lot of Texas BBQ restaurants and have a sense about what great BBQ is. The brisket is very tender and tasty but there's no smoke flavor to it. I had coleslaw and potato salad and it's very good but I didn't come for sides. A variety of drinks were available to include hot coffee. I drink hot beverages to help with digestion. Cold drinks stifle the initial process of digestion. Bathrooms are clean and the floors are clean. They have BBQ sauce but if the meat is good enough, you don't need it. I usually don't use sauce but I tasted Ruby's two types on bread and they're pretty good. Again, if the meat is good, don't use the sauce. All in all, Ruby's is okay but for Texas it's average. Parking is wide open and lots of it. Even have electric charging stations.
