  My first time going to this place. Smh. Waited in line. Walked up to the counter when it opened. Nobody attended to me. A lady walked to the counter next to me and was immediately taken care of. There was another person being helped at the third register. They finished with her and walked away. Smh. I realized I was going to be helped so I left. I’m very disappointed

  I went in the League City location near Baybrook Mall requesting a sliced brisket sandwich moist and this is the quality of sandwich I received 🤢

  Your brisket tastes light propane, or like some kind of lighter fluid. Your brisket also is not seasoned all the way through. Dumping seasoning on top of a brisket does not season it all the way through. I have not had worse BBQ ANYWHERE.

  had baby ribs and they were terrible. Red river restaurant in League City and Ryans restaurant in Webster are much better. In my opinion avoid Ruby's as food is terrible

  Everything is sold a la carte which makes it pricer. And you eat on parchment paper. When we spend $50 for 1/2 lb brisket, 1/4 lb turkey, 1 beer and two small potato salads, I would appreciate a plate. Not a fan of tgeir bbq sauce. But I know they have a huge following. The young lady who helped us at the register was fabulous!
