  I went here a while ago. The brisket was overcooked and had very little flavor. Do not try the sausage. They all taste the same. I asked for some cream corn and the cashier, Jesse, refused to provide some to me. When I asked for a manager, he just laughed and walked away. If that's how they treated me, I worry about some of the other employees.

  Food was excellent as always but I want to focus on ordering a to go catering order. It was so easy! I loved the ability to order online and how simple they made it. I didn’t have to guess how much I needed, I just said the number of people and picked my meats and sides. Then they threw in a table cloth, utensils, serving utensils, and even a bag of ice! It was ready on time, and they helped me carry it all to my car. The staff were super friendly and helpful! It was my first catering order from Rudy’s but it definitely won’t be my last! Highly recommend.

  Lots to try at Rudys, the brisket is especially Yummy! 2 types of BBQ sauces, regular and "Sissy Sauce" which has less kick but is still so good! Peach cobbler is sinfully delicious. It's also the most affordable BBQ joint in the webster area for pricing, definitely the most bang for the buck!

It was our first time visiting, and the experience was completely elevated by the incredibly welcoming staff. The gentleman at the counter was exceptionally friendly and took his time to walk us through the menu, patiently explaining how everything works. He was overly welcoming in the absolute best way possible, making us feel like invited guests rather than just customers. That level of genuine, patient hospitality at the counter truly set the tone for the entire meal. The restaurant itself matches that warm energy perfectly. It has a wonderfully homey and down-to-earth feel, and it is very nicely and tastefully decorated. It’s the kind of cozy environment where you just want to sit back, relax, and enjoy a great meal. As for the food, it completely blew us away. The brisket and sausages were absolutely amazing. You can really taste the deep, rich smoke in the meat with every single bite. This is exactly where top-tier quality meets genuine, authentic BBQ. Between the perfectly smoked meats and the phenomenal staff, this place is an absolute must-visit. We left incredibly happy and will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommended!
