  Pizza was delicious and it was made fast and without delay. Very good choice for my wife's lunch. They are very busy and only 2 people are working here at this restaurant.

  Yvone is a GREAT EMPLOYEE! as soon as I walked in she smiled at us and service us right away. Even had alittle story with her and she just seems like a really amazing person. She’s a keeper

  Received Amazing customer service when placing my order. The rep was very professional and displayed a great sense of patience while answering all of my questions and explaining deals. The business was clean and I noticed the cook washing his hands❤️👏🏽🥰

  Had a great experience at Pizza Hut! The pizza was fresh, hot, and really delicious. The highlight, though, was the ranch it was absolutely amazing and paired perfectly with the pizza. If you’re stopping by, you should definitely try the ranch. It made the meal even better. Great food and a satisfying experience overall. Highly recommend!

  I am very disappointed with the way my order and subsequent complaint were handled. As I was leaving the store, I tried a slice from each pizza I had ordered. I immediately realized that one of the pizzas did not have the BBQ sauce that was supposed to be on it. I turned around and returned to the store right away to report the issue. Rather than acknowledging the mistake, the employee insisted that BBQ sauce had been added and suggested that perhaps he “didn’t put enough.” After eating an entire slice, I can confidently say there was no BBQ sauce or BBQ flavor on the pizza. Although the pizza was eventually remade, the delay caused my other pizza to become cold while I waited. At no point did anyone offer to remake the second pizza, even though it became cold as a direct result of correcting the store’s mistake. The cashier offered to place it in the warmer, but I declined because I was concerned about cross-contamination and because warming an already cold pizza is not an acceptable solution. I was also disappointed that no one took the initiative to ensure I left with both pizzas fresh. As a paying customer, I expect my order to be prepared correctly the first time. When mistakes happen, I also expect the business to take full responsibility and provide an appropriate resolution without placing the burden on the customer. While I appreciate that the incorrect pizza was remade, the overall handling of the situation fell well below reasonable customer service standards. I hope this matter is taken seriously and that steps are taken to improve both food preparation and customer service so future customers do not have a similar experience.
