- CCCJul 17, 20265.0Great place to dine . Wonderful ambiance and server Ben was great. One of the best servers I’ve ever been taken care of by . And this was on a super busy Friday evening ! Chips were fresh and plentiful. The food tasted great. Get the cajeta ice cream . Huge portion- can feed 4 people. The entrees were also huge . Overall great with the exception of wait time . I joined the waitlist online and was told 15-20 minutes but got a notification that it doubled to 30 mins. Got seated about 40 mins after I had joined a waitlist. For busy times/days would recommend reservations.

Service was like feast or famine. Quickly shown to a table. After 15 min had to ask if someone was coming to wait on us. Few minutes later waitress arrived to take order for water & large queso. Queso was thinner than use to be but good. Almost 30 mins later brought food. Have seen increase in prices. Decrease in service & portions over this year. Atmosphere is ok but very loud. Difficult to hear what friends at your table is saying.

We always make reservations, but even then we end up having to wait 20-40 minutes before we finally get to sit down. Today we went for my birthday and although we had a reservation and were waiting, we saw many people walk in without a reservation and get sat down before us. Once we finally got sat, our server looked like he didn't want to be there. He'd answer with mutters, never smiled, and only actually seemed interested to talk to us once he handed us the bill. I never even got the usual complimentary birthday dessert that I've gotten the past few years, we had to pay for it this time. This restaurant has also gotten rid of my favorite dishes (salmon mango salad, Baja fish tacos, etc.) but the one thing that seems to be consistent now is the poor service. For the price we pay, we expect better. We won't be returning here anytime soon.

The food selection and quality, the amazing customer service that the Pappas brand is known for, and the ambiance all serve to immerse you in the experience. The chips/salsa are crafted with care and consistency. All the food is top notch! What brings this all together is the high level of service they provide. Providing chip, salsa and drink refills before you ask, anticipating your needs at every step of the process. Of course, you will pay more, but the processes they have built, make this a very valued and worthwhile experience!
- JMJb MJun 30, 20263.0Food was good,excellent, but I was charged few items I didn't order , like sour cream, cedar cheese and some other things. I asked for guacamole but I wish I was advised that it comes with the platter hence we had extra. We were a group of 6 plus 2 kids, Group of 8 automatically 20% tip. I woulda been happy with 15% 20 seems high. $40 for serving a few items and coming to the table 4 times in 30 mins seems excessive. Especially when we had to wait to find our waitress multiple times. Ask other to bring her. Wish we had a choice in the matter. My mom had fallen while we were there and the waitress saw instead of helping literally walked away. Being said that waitress was knowledgeable about the products. All prices were reasonable except remember when ordering additional spicy sausage you get 1 for $8 (wild) that on top of $120 platter. My bill was $254 I wouldn't say it was worth that much.
