  1st time here on Mother's Day. It was packed, about an hours wait so we killed time at the bar until we were called. There was a server who wanted to act like she was the boss and told us we were not supposed to be at 1 of the tables in the bar area, after I was told by the bartender it was perfectly fine. So we asked for the manager on duty. A man named Johnny came over and introduced himself and said we were fine sitting at that table until our main table became available. He went to go check to see if a table for a party of 6 was ready for us. He came back shortly and sat us down. For our troubles he gave us a free appetizer!! 👍🏼 We gave us the Brisket nachos!!😉 which I recommend, they were delicious! Jesse was our server, he was excellent! Our food was amazing!!! At the end of the night Johnny came over to check on us and offered us 2 free desserts 🍨 🥧 we excepted 😊 our night was complete. We will be back in a couple of weeks when my whole family comes to visit us here in Texas!!

  Unfortunately I was passing through, so won't be able to go back to try the rest of the menu. The ribs and brisket were amazing, just melts in the mouth. Loads of friendly staff who can't do enough for you. Was my first texan restaurant and it didn't disappoint!! Great value for money as well 👍👍

  We had a great experience thanks to our server, Daniela F. She was amazing from start to finish super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect for us. She checked in at the right times, kept our drinks filled, and had such a positive attitude the whole time. Service like that really makes a difference. Thank you, Daniela, for making our visit so enjoyable!

  I stopped in to grab a To Go Order at the Bay Area store for my husband’s birthday & I was helped by Seth, he was very sweet, provided exceptional customer service and even went the extra mile going through all the options of my large order! Thank you Seth!! While I waited at the bar, Daedrian assisted me and also provided exceptional customer service, taking the time to be punctual, attentive, providing excellent customer service! Thank you Daedrian! Both of these guys, working in two separate areas deserved to be recognized for taking great care of their customers! You are noticed. Thank you again!

  I was served by Taty, who is an amazing person. I wasn't sure what to order, so I let her choose for me. I had the opportunity to try an incredible brisket with mac and cheese, creamed corn, and the house pickles. It was extremely flavorful. For dessert, Taty suggested the apple pie with vanilla ice cream, and it was divine. The quality of the ingredients and the food preparation would definitely make me come back to Houston, but the service is what really blew me away. The food is worth the trip, but the hospitality is the real standout.
