  I walked out. O one wanted to help. They were arguing who would help. Disappointed 😞 so said now a days people wonder why they can't do better

  I ordered a large fry on the app and went in to get it and the lady at the front immediately gave me attitude claiming she didnt have my order, I realized I hadn't pushed im here so I did and immediately they came out with my order after claiming they didnt have it. I then needed to place an order for a burger and a large fry as I had a coupon on the app for a dollar any size fry and I scanned my coupon, she asked me what size and I told her large and right before I paid for the food she took the fry off. I got my order and realized I didnt have a large fry and asked where it was as I assumed I had paid for it and she claimed I never scanned the coupon even tho I showed them on the app that it said I had to wait 15 minutes to use the coupon as you can once use it once every 15 minutes. I didnt want to start problems so I just paid for the large fry full price but this is ridiculous. the guy behind me had ordered a small coffee and when he got it, it was cold and he asked for a new one and she said she was just going to warm his coffee up in the microwave. this si completely inappropriate behavior and this was from the managers. I live down the street for yall and would rather go across the freeway then go back to this McDonald's. this was unnecessary and rude and I dont stand for it.

  Up until this week, I have had minimal issues with this place. To the point that it wasn’t worth speaking on, they’ve crossed the line now. I only ever placed mobile orders, it’s quite rare for me to place an in person order as I’m constantly on the move. My job is quite close, so I place Mobile orders and pick up On my way. The past two days I’ve been accused of not paying for my order, but when you place an order in the app, you HAVE to pay for it to complete the order. YOU QUITE LITERALLY CANNOT PLACE A MOBILE ORDER WITHOUT PAYING FOR IT! I was accused by two associates of not paying for my food, and when I attempted to show them, I was spoken down to and blown off.
