  I’m actually super tired with 3 kids, but I really wanted to come on here after a long day because my family has been coming here for a very long time. It’s always such a great experience for both parents and kids. I’ve hosted parties and events here with my kids’ volleyball club, and every time has been amazing. I always ask for Yesenia for our parties because she’s such a sweetheart. I believe she’s a manager now, and I’m so happy they recognize her value. She works so hard, and every experience with her has been wonderful. The staff overall always works very hard, and it really shows.

  My family and I had a great experience. Yesenia especially was an amazing employee who went above and beyond by greeting us and making us feel welcome at the establishment. Service such as foods and drinks came out as soon as we placed the orders. I highly recommend Main Event as a place to celebrate events with the family.

  Horrible customer service, very rude manager Yesenia. My husband and I went last night with a couple of friends. We went ahead and ordered a shareable platter from the food menu. When it arrived, there were many items that were swapped out, and we had not been informed beforehand. Because we were all sharing it we didn’t notice until my husband finally had a chance to grab from it and noticed that many items he was looking forward to were not there. Because everyone had already gotten their share, we were not looking for a refund or anything, but we figured it was worth mentioning to management so that an instance like this doesn’t happen again seeing as we like to come here. Right off the bat Yesenia was very rude to my husband, she was trying to convince him that the food that he got was better or that the price was better than what we had ordered and that he should be happy about it instead of complain. He was trying to tell her that we weren’t here to complain, but to be aware of the issue so that this doesn’t happen to other patrons, and even still, she had this nasty attitude and kept telling us there’s no reason to complain. My husband, being a very patient man kept trying to reiterate his point and eventually she just got upset and started blaming this issue on her bartenders or saying that this was a training issue, trying to focus the blame on anyone but herself or menu error issue. You would think if you read something off the menu that’s the food you’re going to get, and so we mentioned why not just putting the right food on the menu, even still, she kept blaming the staff. She did try to offer us some game cards to try to end the conversation, which was not at all what we were looking for we just wanted someone to be aware of the issue and instead she just tells us the menu will stay the same they’re just gonna train staff differently, which doesn’t tackle the issue at hand. Put on the menu the food you’re going to get, problem solved. If anyone needs training it’s management, the bartenders and staff were friendly, management definitely could use some training in conflict management.

  If I could at more stars I WOULD! Last night me and my hubs spent our first night out in 5 yrs due to our kiddos and taking care of my dying mom. And to top it all off it was our 10 yr wedding anniversary. Yesenia was an ANGEL, I mean what a beautiful person. She surprised us with an upgrade to V.I.P. section and a beautiful card with some goodies AND....I know i know there's more...some goodies to come back with our kiddos. Now we celebrated our daughter's 8th bday and they rolled out the red carpet then too. I mean TOP TIER in every category. If your not coming here to celebrate what are you even doing. Our server was incredible, food TASTY, OVER ALL experiences 10000000/10. They will take care of you, a casual bowling night, celebration, date night, hanging with friends they've got you on a whole other level. WE LOVE YOU MAIN EVENT!!!!

  $0 literally because we came on Mother’s Day to bring my mom to come and enjoy and great day. We come in and pay for bowling, they give us lane 5. We are here and setting up, getting settling in to get ready to bowl and they sell our lane to a whole another family for 5 & 6. That is messed up we will never return to this place. If you are BLACK, DO NOT GO HERE!
