  I highly recommend Main Event as a place to celebrate events with family and friends . Denisha especially was an amazing employee who went above and beyond by greeting us and making sure we felt welcome and had a great time. I came in tonight and the sales office was closed and denisha walked me around and showed me some of the event party room s so that I can book a party. Everything went smooth and I was satisfied. The hospitality and assistance she provided was greatly appreciated .

  There website is terrible last time we went we waited 3 hrs for a pool table and left without playing. I twlked to the bar tender said we can reserve online. Spent the last hr trying to figure this shit out. I called to reserve and they told me i have to do it online. I told jeff the manager that the website is impossible and im done fighting with it. Asked to help me and he told me there is nothing they can do. We will never be going back.

  This was our first and last visit to Main Event. I genuinely don't understand how this location has such high ratings. Are they seeing what I'm seeing?? Before we even walked inside, the parking lot was covered in trash. There were coffee cups, bottles, straws, food wrappers, full beer bottles, even Hennessy bottles lying around. It looked like nobody had cleaned the outside in quite some time. First impressions matter, and this one was TERRIBLE. Once inside, we stood in line for over 20 minutes just to check in. The employee behind the counter unfortunately worked at an unbelievably slow pace while the line continued growing. At one point, a manager walked over, dropped something off at the counter, looked at the long line, and simply walked away instead of helping! Another family in front of us waited forever just to get bowling shoes while employees wandered around doing seemingly nothing... The biggest frustration was the 'deal' they have. I specifically called ahead because we drove 30 minutes to come here. I was told the $24.99 deal included the arcade games and the other attractions like golf, bowling, laser tag...etc. When we arrived, she told us the exact opposite. We planned our entire visit around what we were told over the phone, only to find out we had to completely change our plans. What's the point of calling to get misinformation? The arcade itself was disappointing. I had to get refunds SIX different times because games either weren't functioning correctly or couldn't even be completed. Examples: • Skeeball was missing balls. • Clown Drop couldn't be completed properly due to not having enough balls • The Ticket Fishing game is clearly not calibrated correctly. Landing on 40 tickets repeatedly awarded only 25 or jackpot awards 10 • The Mario Kart seat was barely anchored down and rocked the entire seat whenever I pressed the gas pedal. Even the dashboard was loose and broken. The food experience wasn't much better. We sat down to eat at the restaurant and ordered quickly but still waited over an hour to receive all of our food. My daughter ordered one of the kids' specialty drinks that was supposed to include a collectible shark topper. It came without it. Our server said they were out but would try to find a rubber duck instead. He forgot three separate times before eventually bringing the shark she should have received in the first place. The pizza was OK and served hot. The cantaloupe, however, tasted like onions, as if it had been cut on the same cutting board. We sent it back. After seeing my daughter's plate, I opted not to order food myself and we opted to just order a side of fries. After waiting more than 20 minutes, they arrived completely cold and disgusting. The server apologized and reordered them. Another 20 minutes passed before we finally gave up waiting and asked the manager to remove them from our bill. He did, and told us we could still have the replacement fries when they came out. Those were finally fresh and hot. Why didn't they do that from the beginning? Why am I paying $4.50 for fries they didn't even bother cooking fresh? Expensive food - cheap quality control. Cleanliness throughout the building was also disappointing. Inside, the front entrance smelled strongly of body odor and sweaty feet. The bathrooms smelled bad, weren't clean at all, two stalls had no toilet paper, and the trash cans were overflowing. Overall, this place is simply too expensive for the experience you receive. Between the dirty property, slow service, misinformation about pricing, broken arcade games, long food waits, and lack of cleanliness, I left wondering where the 4.5-star rating came from. We'll gladly make the drive to Dave & Buster's next time. The experience there has consistently been cleaner, better maintained, the employees don't seem to hate their job, and is actually worth the money!
