- GMGriselda Moreno1 day ago3.0My daughter and I brought our grandkids to Main Event today for a fun family outing. Between the two of us, we spent nearly $175, so we expected a welcoming experience. Unfortunately, the customer service was very disappointing. Most of the staff seemed uninterested, and we were rarely greeted with a smile or even a simple “thank you.” The grandkids still had fun, but friendly, professional customer service should be part of the experience, especially for what families pay. I hope management addresses this.

When service was needed for the games you had to wait until employees were finished playing games before you could get any help. Men's restroom was a total disaster, with equipment out of order and standing water all over the floor.

The lady at the prize counter was extra rude, just gives you the blank Gen Z stare. Her name was Christine I think. Why are none of the employees friendly? They all seem miserable. Why are so many things in the prize room mis-labeled or don’t have a price listed? It’s just asking for disappointed kids.

Walked in with my autistic 5 year old. No turning back at this point only to be told that ohhh their system was down and they can’t ring that in so had to pay the full price when it has been advertised all over for a few weeks. They should at least give a credit or something. Absolutely ridiculous. If you can afford to advertise like that then your system should be working. You can obviously take my $ for full price, but system is down for the promo. I rather go to Dave and Busters any way. No wonder we do not come here.
