  If you go in there two hours before they close, they’re not gonna change any of the drinks at the drink station out. They take your order they ignore you. The one who takes your order doesn’t help the other person at all. The other person‘s got headphones in either listening to music or talking to somebody on the phone where you can’t talk to them and if you say anything, they immediately react like you said something negative and then escalate the situation. I didn’t choose the job for the people that are working it over there. I wouldn’t have people like that representing my company just makes me never wanna go to another Jimmy John’s. It was the night of July 6, 2026.

  Super customized a sandwich for us -and- saved us money in the process! Always consistently good sandwiches. They’re great!

  4-18-26 - This was my very first time ever going to Jimmy Johns. The young man at the counter and the young lady cutting the meat acted like they actually wanted me there. The placed was clean. No gunk on the counters or tables. I got the Tuscany wrap. It was very good. PACKED with lettuce and meat. Tomatoes were fresh. This seems like a home-grown franchise, which is nice too see nowadays. 💓🤍💙
