    I absolutely love the subs here! 🥪 They are consistently fresh and bursting with flavor. The service is always quick and friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming. ✨ Definitely a top spot for a fantastic meal! 💯

    08/19- Even though they responded below I still have NOT received a refund on the order that I never received. If someone dines and dashes it is theft...I feel like this is no different. I would think twice about using the jimmy johns app for any of their stores after this experience. Update: This incident happened on July 31st, and as of today, August 8th, I STILL have not received my refund. What started as a frustrating and inconvenient situation has now become an issue of customer service and accountability. I paid for an order that I was unable to pick up because the location was unexpectedly closed, despite the fact that employees were inside. I waited, tried to resolve the situation, and ultimately left without the food I had paid for. The owner of this location refuses to speak with customers, and the response from corporate customer service has been completely unhelpful. At this point, it’s not even about the money — it’s about the principle of the situation. I should not have to repeatedly follow up to get a refund for an order I never received. This has been incredibly inconvenient and disappointing. I expected much better from Jimmy John’s. #JimmyJohns #PoorCustomerService #CustomerService #Disappointed ‐-----------‐---------------------------‐----------------------------- I do not recommend this location. I placed an order online expecting it to be ready when I arrived. Instead, there was a sign on the door stating they were closed for 30 minutes and would reopen at 2:00 p.m. That completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. I waited until 2:05 p.m., but the doors were still locked. There were employees inside the restaurant, yet they said they could not open the door. As a result, I paid for a sandwich that I was not allowed to pick up. I then called to request a refund and speak with a manager. The employee who answered the phone was rude, and I was told the manager was unavailable. This was a very frustrating experience from start to finish, with poor customer service and no effort to resolve the issue.

    I ordered a giant sandwich Cubano meal and a regular sandwich Cubano meal. The lady cut the Giant in half and said that that was both orders. I paid $38 for one giant sandwich to be cut in half. I don’t think they understand the portion sizes of the sandwiches. I have been to several Jimmy John’s and never had an issue before.
