  I went through the drive-thru this morning on my way to work for a tea and, while my drink was great as always, I was totally shocked at the rude and condesending manor in which the young lady (Lily or Leslie?) treated the other employee. She was obviously new or in training and was trying very hard to be helpful. I can deal with order mistakes, but mistreating your employees really gets to me. I hope this was just a one off and not the standard. One star for the seasoned employee and 5 stars for the way they new employee handled herself.

  Very Disappointing Experience — I Won’t Be Back I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with this location and, unfortunately, the management has completely lost my business. The management style is frustrating, and from what I’ve personally observed, there seems to be a constant turnover of employees. Customer service also feels very forced and insincere rather than genuinely welcoming. I’m also very disappointed with the way the “monthly deals” are presented. Customers should pay close attention to the actual serving sizes and compare the price per gallon before assuming they’re getting a discount. In my experience, it can actually be cheaper to purchase a gallon of Red Diamond Tea at Kroger than to buy the smaller servings here. Another major issue is the smell at this location. It frequently has a strong, unpleasant odor that reminds me of kombucha, which makes the overall experience even less enjoyable. After several disappointing experiences, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. Unfortunately, that includes the Pearland location as well, since I understand the same owners operate both locations. I really hope management takes customer feedback seriously and looks closely at pricing, cleanliness, employee turnover, and the overall customer experience. For me, enough is enough — I won’t be returning.

  First time at this location. The server was excellent! He welcomed my husband and I immediately and aimed to please. We sampled the featured drink, Pineapple Refresher with Tajin and had to order it. He made sure it was exactly to our liking. We will definitely return and happily give them our business!

  So yummy!!! I was only in Texas for a short time and wanted to stop by somewhere that was special to Texas. There were SO MANY sweet tea options and mixes that tasted fantastic. Ended up buying their Georgia sweet tea to bring back to FL.

  Visited Saturday, August 8 during happy hour. While I enjoy the various teas the customer service is inconsistent andbtodayvitbwas disappointing. Purchased three teas and all three were wrong. The young lady taking my order was pleasant and read my order back correctly. Something happened after that because the teas were wrong. Because it was happy hour and they were getting busy I let it go. It was when I got home that I realized the large unsweetened tea I ordered was actually sweet tea. Additionally, the young lady asked if I wanted a receipt I said yes. I never got the receipt and she closed the window so quickly it was obvious from her facial expression and body language she didn't want to be bothered. If you want happy customers please remind your staff to get the order right and to be pleasant when they are assisting customers.
