Professionalism is a 0/10
- PTPure TruthMay 9, 20265.0Best HEB I've been to hands down! They have items the other stores don't have. Also shout out to the seafood department, I bought fresh shrimp there 3 different times and it always came deveined. For us busy mommas it's a time saver for sure!!

Tonight my sister and I went through the fast checkout with one basket, but we had two separate orders. We were told by Kristal and Yanika or Tanika (her hair was in the way)that we couldn’t check out that way, even after explaining the situation. Meanwhile, my 13-year-old niece was already checking herself out ahead of us, so we had to leave her alone and go stand in another line while trying to run back and forth helping her because she was having trouble. What made the situation worse was the attitude. Kristal and Tanika/Yanika interaction came across as rude and dismissive instead of helpful. A little kindness and understanding would have gone a long way. I still love H-E-B overall, but tonight’s customer service experience was definitely not what I’ve come to expect.

It feels more European-style compared to many other supermarkets in the area — cleaner layout, better presentation, and a wider selection of quality products. The produce, bakery, and prepared foods are especially good. Prices can be a bit higher on some items, but considering the quality they offer, it feels worth it overall. Great place if you appreciate good food and a nicer shopping experience.
