Over 30 minutes in line for what should have been the easiest order imaginable: a hot, black Americano with no milk and no sugar. Somehow, they still managed to get it wrong. The coffee arrived barely warmer than room temperature, and it tasted like it had been sitting around instead of being freshly made. If a coffee shop can’t make a simple Americano correctly after making customers wait that long, it seriously needs to rethink its standards. This was one of the most disappointing coffee experiences I’ve had, and I won’t be coming back.

Very disappointed with my last trip to this location, normally they are on point with the drinks and service in the past. I'm sure its new hires for the summer but the last 3 visits have been subpar at best. I'm sure they will get the flow going but I'll have to visit the other locations for a while.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this Dutch Bros location over two consecutive days was unacceptable and points to serious issues with organization, workflow, and customer service.
While visiting the area this week, I placed a mobile order on Wednesday, June 10th, before heading to my first week at a new job. What I didn't know was that it was State Sticker Day. When I arrived, both the drive-thru and walk-up window were completely backed up. After waiting approximately 30 minutes, it became obvious that my pre-placed order had not even been started.
What was most frustrating was watching completed drinks sit and melt while staff continued taking new orders instead of prioritizing getting prepared drinks into customers' hands. After waiting far longer than expected and realizing I was going to be late for work, I left extremely frustrated and without the coffee I had already paid for.
Later that day, I stopped back and spoke with the shift lead/supervisor, who apologized and assured me that I could return the following morning and receive my drink at no additional charge.
On Thursday, June 11th, I arrived with plenty of time to grab my coffee before work. There were only about three people in the walk-up line and roughly ten cars in the drive-thru, yet it still took 21 minutes to receive a simple iced caramel latte with sweet cream. Unfortunately, after another lengthy wait, the drink was poorly made and didn't even include the sweet cream.
I understand that promotional events create high volume and that mistakes happen. However, the issues I experienced on both days suggest a larger problem with organization, prioritization, and operational efficiency at this location. Waiting over 50 minutes combined across two visits for a basic coffee order and still receiving an incorrect drink is simply unacceptable.
I hope management takes a serious look at this location's processes, staffing, and customer service practices to prevent other customers from having a similar experience.

Honestly not even worthy of a star at all. Having worked in an industry where reviews and customer service reviews really mattered I usually don’t take time do leave bad reviews but I’m honestly fed up. This is by far the WORST location. I come here every single day Monday through Friday and everyday it’s a SOLID 25-35 minute wait whether it be in the drive thru or the window. I get here 6-6:20 Am with having to be a work by 7. That is plenty of time to pick up one coffee. Both my husband and myself have asked to speak to the manager on separate occasions and the only thing we are told is “it’s sticker drop day” , “we just busy” or “we’re short staffed”. I am understanding that most of these employees are probably students but it’s June and it’s summer. You can schedule more people to be here in the mornings to accommodate this morning rush. In no way is hanging out a sticker holding the line up this much. The only reasons I continue to come here is because it is literally the only location between my home and my job and you have better sugar free options. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT waste your time.

I personally don’t get many drinks from Dutch Bros, but my husband and children absolutely love it. My kids are big fans of the chocolate milk, and my husband always gets a Rainbow Rebel or one of their other energy drinks.
What really keeps us coming back, though, is the atmosphere. Every visit is filled with positive energy, friendly faces, and employees who genuinely seem happy to be there. The staff always creates such a fun and welcoming experience, and it’s hard not to leave in a better mood than when you arrived.
Even though I’m not the biggest Dutch Bros drinker myself, I will gladly keep making the drive to pick up my husband’s and my little ones’ favorite morning treats. Great drinks, great people, and an even better atmosphere make this a place our family enjoys visiting.

How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
