  I know i came around the last hour before closing but there's no way they thought to add that much salt like I like some salt to my food but it was overbearing and my husband also said his protein was very salty and then I literally bit in to straight salt. They were lovely it was just unacceptable and disappointing that the protein is so salty I cant enjoy my food and pay as much as I do for it to be like that

  I have been to many Chipotles in the past, but it has been a while since me or my fiancé had been to one (probably about a year). This experience today made both of us realize why we haven’t been in so long. So it started right when we walked into the door, they were pretty slow maybe like 4 tables with people eating and they had about 5 workers behind the counter. The very first thing we noticed was the white wall along the ordering line was quite nasty, paint chipping off and tons of dirt and smudges on it. Then we come up to order and stand there for about 5 minutes with absolutely no greeting or acknowledgement that we were there. I would understand if they were busy but that was not the case, one of the girls working there was cleaning the counter scrubbing the same spot over and over glaring at us for 3 of those 5 minutes. The time comes they finally ask what we wanted to order, so my fiancé goes first and gets a bowl and after every single thing she got the lady asked “anything else?” With that cali influencer type of voice. We get to the register and our 2 bowls and one drink was $42.92 that’s OUTRAGEOUS. We go to get a drink and they have no ice and a sign over the machine that says no ice, drinks are cold. At this point we are both quite annoyed so I go to grab some napkins and oop they were out of that too, go figures. So I go up to the counter and they have two full napkin dispensers sitting on the edge of the counter and after about 3 minutes of standing there with nobody even looking my way I reach and grab a couple napkins, and one of the ladies swoops around the corner and says I’m gonna have to ask you not to touch that. So I say well can I have some napkins please, she grabs about 3 napkins with her burrito juice covered gloves on and hands them to me. Last thing that really did it for us was in the middle of us eating one of the other ladies comes over to the 2 tables surrounding us and spays about 5 sprays of cleaning product on them with ours bowls right there (that could have waited tbh). All in all it was a terrible experience and we will not be returning to an establishment that treats its customers like they are ruining a dang yoga session or something. 0 out of 10 will not eat here again.

  Walked in at 10:10. They were cleaning with bleach and the fumes were INTENSE. We ordered 2 chicken bowls but only ended up being able to get one because they said they were out of lettuce. Would have been good to know before we started making the bowl. As we were checking out someone handed the bowl maker guy 3 door dash orders to make. I can’t imagine 3 people getting bowls without lettuce. With 50 min left until they close this is not what we were expecting.

  completely the worst restaurant not even the worst chipotle i’ve been to in my entire life. the staff is completely rude and were aggressive and hostile towards us for scanning a stupid QR code too soon. they continued to show aggression and attitude throughout the night. we didn’t pay for food to get disrespected by the staff for no reason. no problem tho this situation will be escalated to higher ups. save your money and go somewhere else that’s actually worth it.

  Probably one of the worst experiences I've had at a Chipotle. Emily was incredibly unprofessional and had a terrible attitude. She came across as dismissive, rude, and completely uninterested in providing decent customer service. Management seriously needs to reevaluate the standard they're setting for leadership here. I normally don't leave negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I felt it needed to be addressed.
