But the employees were quick to help and patient. The food was very good and the meat was nice and hot. They recommended the skhug dressing which was actually tasty. Love this place

- IBIurii BronnikovAug 4, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this CAVA location. I ordered a meal with a fountain drink. Instead of using the restaurant’s cup, I poured the drink into my own reusable mug. The manager, Oswald, immediately told me I had to pay extra because my mug was larger than their cup. What makes absolutely no sense is that when I asked if I could refill their regular cup multiple times, he said yes. So apparently I’m allowed to drink the exact same amount of soda by refilling their cup several times, but I’m not allowed to fill my own reusable mug once. The total amount of the drink is the same. Where is the logic? The most frustrating part wasn’t even the policy—it was how the situation was handled. Every time I tried to explain my point of view, Oswald interrupted me and wouldn’t let me finish speaking. Instead of listening and trying to resolve the issue respectfully, he kept talking over me, which made the interaction feel dismissive and disrespectful. This policy is inconsistent, unfriendly, and completely unreasonable. I enjoy CAVA’s food, but after this experience and the way I was treated, I’ll seriously think twice before coming back.
- MMMARK MCCLUREJul 29, 20265.0My Wife and I tried Cava today for our first visit ... Quite impressed . Very welcoming laid back up-beat minimalist decor & spotless . Very friendly and welcoming staff. All the ingredients for either a bowl or wrap looked very fresh , (with a wide selection of side ingredients and various dipping sauces) ... we had one of each just to compare , and both were excellent. If there's such a thing as an "Environmentally Conscientious" dining establishment , then this is a good example . Well worth a visit as a casual alternative healthy dining experience !... We're looking forward to another visit soon !
