  Our server Tim was EXCELLENT! It was our first time visiting a Carrabba’s and we were very much impressed with the service, food and atmosphere. Tim knew when to check in and he was just an all around top notch server. We tried a new appetizer they had with some melted goat cheese stuffed ravioli type pasta and a great sauce. Then we had great cocktails a nonalcoholic Blackberry spritzer and an alcoholic Sorrento Spritzer that had aperol and Hendrick’s gin in it. Our entrées were spaghetti bolognese with meat sauce, which came with a huge side salad or soup and the main dish itself was a generous portion. Their bread (free) and olive oil dipping sauce on the side is delicious too and we finished off with this tasty ice cream dessert called Johnny Cole! Looking forward to returning soon and trying their special monthly wine pairing meal! Thanks for a tasty and relaxing experience!

  Carrabba's have been our to go to restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. Whether it's the original Carrabba's (Kirby or on Voss) or just a franchise like in Webster, we've go because of the service and food. But this time they fell short. We started with a Scotty Thompson as our appetizer. We were so, so horribly disappointed! It was awful. It was so runny, it ran off the bread. After 2 bites, we couldn't eat anymore it was that bad. My husband ordered the Filet & Shrimp Toscana- it's fettuccine with spinach, mushrooms, creamy sauce with sliced filet and grilled chicken. I had the Garlic Lemon Herb Linguine with grilled chicken. Both are new to the menu. We highly recommend it, seasoned well and so flavorful. The service was mediocre, the young waiter would disappear for periods of time. We did order the Cannoli cake for two (to go) and I'm hoping it make up for our not so great dinner.

  First of the food was amazing the atmosphere and the true authentic Italian hospitality was nothing short but Phenomenal. Kendall was my server and let me just say this lady was phenomenal with the knowledge of the place and the attentive engaged quick service made my experience much better, She was truly amazing. I definitely will be back, Not only for the food and the hospitality, but the loving atmosphere that it provided as well-thank you Carrabba‘s and thank you Kendall.

  This is where I love to go with the wife on a date lunch/dinner. Jillian is our preferred staff member, she knows the menu inside out and gives options I did not know they have. We have been coming here for years and we are still learning!!! Shout out to Jillian, a personality that money can’t buy, it is who she is. You know the type, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, salt of the earth…. Yep we will be back!

  CARRABBA’s is my Wife’s favorite place to eat! We normally eat at the Shreveport, LA location ….. this is the closest to where we live….. (and we do Love the Shreveport, LA location!)…. But I want to write about the CARRABBA’s in Webster, Texas. My Wife is battling cancer, so we have traveled to MD Anderson in Webster, Texas for her treatments….. As we arrived at our hotel, we found a Carrabba’s right next to our hotel!….. we knew immediately that we were going to eat there for dinner! That night after running errands, I stopped in to order dinner and a Beer. My waitress was Kendall! This Young Lady made ordering our meal so easy! She had a quick, clean answer to each of my questions! The beer she brought me was ice cold. I wasn’t half way through with my beer, when she brought our dinner. Bagged up, and complete, ready to walk out. Ms. Kendall was well groomed, and spoke clearly. She was very knowledgeable concerning the menu. She packed my Togo bag perfectly! The smile on her face was genuine! Carrabba’s is the restaurant you want to go to! If you want very good service, a clean restaurant, clean, neat service, great food, wonderful atmosphere served up with a smile, Carrabba’s I the place you want to go, and Kendall is the Waitress you’ll want to serve you! You just won’t go wrong!
