  This place was filthy!!! Dirty tables everywhere. Menus were sticky. The bar was full of empty glasses that needed to be put behind it and washed. There were full bags of trash sitting by the back exit not taken out. Our server had the worst halitosis you could imagine. All the servers just stood around in a pow wow talking instead of actually cleaning anything or working. There was food all over the floor underneath the bar chairs at the bar. Will not be returning.

  All I'm gonna say is I didn't even eat. I sat down, went to the restroom, I don't think it's been cleaned in a month, came back to my table, and a cockroach ran and across it.This chain has fallen off the cliff, just close if you aren't going to clean your place.

  The food was good and the employee named Stephen was really nice except they accidentally gave sprite instead of lemonade and yall need to fix the restroom it’s dirty and should get better hygiene my sister got a big diarrhea with black poop and distorted shapes of the poop and my stomach hurts after eating I don’t recommend going there unless yall want food poisoning 🫪🤢😰

  We sat in the booths between the server and bar side. Took awhile to get a server ut a guy who wasn't our server got our drinks. As a person in the industry I understand. Everything was great. Only thing I didn't like was seeing another server using the urinal with his apron on. That's gross. Definitely take it off before your juices get all over it. You can wash your hands but you can't wash that in the sink.

  Morale of the workers at this location always seems low. Our latest visit has unveiled the reason. We had a few orders with upcharged sides (onion rings, tator tots), but the kitchen sent it out with the normal fries. We didn't mention anything because it's not a big deal, but we did ask for the upcharges to be removed when our check arrived. It took a while to resolve, and our waitress seemed upset when she came back with the modified receipt.. The owner made our waitress pay for the difference that was being removed from the check. Sure it was only a few dollars, but it was for product that never reached our table, therefore the store wasn't losing any money. This is a clear sign of terrible leadership, and this is theft from their employees as far as I'm concerned. This wasn't even the waitresses fault, and we never brought it to anyone's attention until it was time to pay. I feel bad for the staff at this establishment, and can't in good conscience keep coming here with this ownership. If you want an establishment with caring and attentive staff it starts with good leadership. This place has the opposite.
