  Burger meat was cold, pickles were outside burger in wrapping. Couldn't detect any mustard or mayonnaise. Fries were barely warm. Made me sick to my stomach after ate it.

  I really liked it hear for breakfast, it seems most of the flak is related to nights, the staff was kind, patient and curious, my food was great, thanks for the good experience. Edit: I realized I forgot to explain the missing star. The exterior of the building including the parking lot felt very questionable, it made me hesitate to stop, although there was no litter in the parking lot it could definitely utilize another form of tlc such as reconstruction, the employees themselves were well composed and did a great job.

  Went to this establishment early in the morning to order a sausage biscuit with cheese and a coffee... Sadly, I must say this coffee is by far the worst coffee I've ever had in my life (and it was half full when I got it) The guy who handed me the coffee in the drive-thru did not seem enthusiastic about me asking to fill it up so I didn't even waste my time but this coffee which they said was fresh brewed was beyond disgusting!!! The biscuit was hard as a rock I could have thrown and cracked somebody's windshield, if this is what they call "good" or "great" food then they have ALOT of work to do Side note... The lady that was working in the Drive-Thru was very nice

  We usually choose this Whataburger out of the others in the area because it has great food and service. Last week on the 13th the night crew manage to mess up all 3 of our meals. We went back tonight and Angie and her crew took care of our remake! Thank you Angie, Esteban and your crew! Fries were fresh, burgers made like we asked for them and we actually got our cookies! Thank you Ms. Angie!

  CHICKEN IS RAW!!!! Not even the worst part of my experience, I go through the drive thru order 4 meals total and it was a little over $60, but to make it all complete I check my bag and I am missing my buffalo ranch chicken strip sandwich and simple fix I go in and grab it, In all honesty I am very used to the drive thru order inconsistency. I come home with all of the food split my sandwich in half to see a RAW chicken strips, you think “Oh it couldn’t get any worse?” But OHH it damn sure did, I call up and speak with the manager explain my issue and how and if there is any compensation I can get due to the distance factor and that being that my son(17) is not allowed to drive past 12:00am due to a state law and she handled it in the complete wrong way we ask her for her name and she hangs up the phone immediately. We continue to call while she continues to leave the phone to ring, we call off a different number and it was KAYTLYN!!! I am absolutely astonished by the immaturity. Short form: KATLYN SUCKS, FOODS RAW, AND I AM DONE WITH WHATABURGERS BS.
