  We had less than an acceptable experience. When you wait for 10-15 min to have your food brought out to you (after waiting several minutes just to order) you would expect to get hot and fresh food. It looked and tasted like it was made hours ago. Cold burger and fries is not good. We won't be stopping there again.

  I ordered my food the food was wrong and I don't tip on my card ever I tip in cash the car hop came out gave me my food and before I could say anything she just turned around and walked away I was gonna give a her a cash tip

  This was terrible I don't know how they did not notice that their system is down could not order on the app or at the store pressing the red button did nothing this is insane how they see multiple cars show up not order and leave and don't think something is wrong

  me and my boyfriend went and got a small brownie blast and a hot fudge sundae. Both of them tasted super sour, at first we thought it may have cheesecake flavoring in it on accident. I thought about it on the way home and realized its unlikely for both of them to accidentally have cheesecake flavoring in them so I figured it must be spoiled. We went back and said it tasted weird and if we could get them remade. They tasted it and agreed that it tasted wrong and wrote my name down for free ones next time. I don’t personally feel like that’s enough compensation for being served a spoiled dairy product. We came back the next day and said we want to get the free ice creams but we feel like we should get a coupon or gift card for the inconvenience instead of just getting what we paid for. They just came out and gave us a $10 gift card and no ice cream. We pressed the button again and they said we can either get the ice creams or the gift card. I think that’s extremely disrespectful towards their customers. They did absolutely nothing for us after giving us foul tasting spoiled ice cream. I will not be returning to sonic for a long time if ever after this experience. They obviously don’t care about making their customers happy.
