  I hate leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately, today’s experience was extremely disappointing and was easily the worst experience I’ve had here. My last visit wasn’t particularly great either, but I decided to overlook it. Unfortunately, today’s order had several issues. The bun on my hot dog was incredibly dry, my mozzarella sticks were missing from the order, and no one informed me that they were unavailable. I only found out after I called the store myself. When I called, the employee I spoke with was also quite rude and did not take my name or any information regarding the missing item. I was simply told to come back tomorrow to receive a replacement. Additionally, I ordered an Easy Ice drink, but it was nowhere close to being Easy Ice. The RT44 was almost completely full of ice. The only positive part of my order was the Banana Pudding Blast, which was very good. I typically come here because it’s conveniently located near my husband’s job, making it easy for me to stop by and grab him lunch occasionally. However, after this experience, I may start going to the Sonic on N Main St. instead. I understand that mistakes happen, but the combination of the quality issues, missing item, and customer service made this visit especially disappointing. I hope management can address these concerns so future customers have a better experience.

  My son and I love going here, it’s close to our house and everyone is always super friendly. Chris was so sweet to us tonight. We will continue to frequent this particular Sonic.

  Edit: after the owner/operator commented on my review.. I went back! I regret it! I work hard for my money just like everyone else, spent $37.66 for burnt onion rings. My burger to be messed up and for them to tell me they are not going to give me my money back. I went through their customer complaint app just to be told an email will be sent, but never received a response. So I called today and Daniel told me at first he would be happy to issue the refund... once he reached out to the owner operator Michael, the story changed and they said its been to long despite multiple complaints and trys to get my money back. I have stopped going to this sonic location despite how close it is to my house. They mess my order up everytime and then get upset when I ask them to fix it.
