    Very slow service, no one showing urgency. I arrived at the drive in stall at 1:10, placed my order. At 1:30 I called back because I still had not received my food. They said they were understaffed and it should be out soon. At 1:40 I started calling in again because I did not receive my food. No one answered the call for 10 minutes. So at 1:50 I went inside with my toddler. My food was ready but no one thought it was their responsibility to bring it out. At 1:55 I made it back out to my truck with my watered down Dr. Pepper, cold burger and fries, and melted shake. No one offered to take the food out so while I was carrying my toddler in one arm, 2 drinks and some food in the other, I poked a hole in my shake and it leaked all of the side of my truck. Needless to say I won’t be coming back. No one apologized, no one said they would refund the order for waiting 45 minutes and getting cold food and metled drinks, and no one offered to help. They might have been understaffed but no one showed urgency and people were standing around.

    Disappointed with each visit. Demeanor of employees leave something to be desired. Having to repeat myself multiple times and still not having my order correct is a bit frustrating.

    The only reason this location continues to get any business from me is simply because of location and lack of other options in the area. The service is extremely slow. I've had to get out and walk inside to check on my order before only to find out that it wasn't being worked. Im currently sitting here waiting and watching cars that came in well after me get their food first. The screen told me it was on the way and thanks for coming without delivering anything. I click the button to check and they said it ready and will be right out. Then I watch 2 more orders come out to others while I continue to wait. Absolutely terrible service.

    I actually did an order online and they brought out half melted ice cream. We waited for 15 to 20 minutes so I figured it would all be fresh since we waited so long. Guess I was wrong. I've had food here before and haven't had issues like this before. Guess it was a bad night for everybody. We had a party of 6. Maybe since we had a group of 6 that's why everything ended up like it did🤷

    Ordered outside at drive thru. The employee didn't sound enthused at all. It took FOREVER to get my food. The employee said she was the only one working the front and window. I joked asking her if she was cooking also because of how long it took. She chuckled but seriously it was horrible time getting your food. She did give me a coupon for how long it took. It took so long that my tropical shake was no longer a shake it was liquid. When I got to the house I saw the onion rings were over cooked, dark and hard.
