  Been 6-7 times, mobile app hasn’t been working for me at this location so no reward points for ordering. Inconsistent quality, sometimes the soda is flat sometimes too much flavoring sometimes not enough. Sometimes the burgers are good and other times burger is dry and overcooked. Sucks cause they are very conveniently located. Seems like staffing issues. Maybe pay people more to work there idk.

  Did an online order, made one with two burgers! First Order was wrong! Made an additional order with a drink and small burger. My first order came right away of course I was expecting to wait a little for my second order but they gave me my drink right away and said rest of your order will be out shortly. I said okay that’s fine my order was supposed to be ready by 9:33. I left at 10:00 they never once came to the window to tell me anything til the cook came to give me the wrong order and tried to charge me for the wrong order. I told him it wasn’t mine. He then shut the window and they tried to figure it out. Mind you the second order was a drink and a jr burger with nothing on it but the patty 🤦🏽‍♀️ I don’t understand what took them 20 almost 30 min for a simple burger. Not sure I’d be back to this location it’s almost always this way! Not even an apology for the miscommunication on their end.

  We came in to take shelter from storm. The employees were so kind offering us a drink and gave my grandson some chicken. 💜💜. You should come here if for nothing more than the exceptional service. Thank you sonic staff for making a scary situation better for my grandson.

  To the staff that was working on April 9th thank you for ensuring my drink was made correctly. I had walked off without tasting my drink and was called back by the staff. They informed me that the lines got crossed in the back and my drink was wrong. They proceeded to fix my drink to ensure it was correct before leaving. They even tasted it first to make sure it was right!
