  I sat at the order box in drive through for 5 minutes and Noone ever took my order so I moved over to a lane to order then the car hop tried to hand me everything at once

  Been here multiple times and truly thought it would change in quality of the food but hasn't. Not the worst I've had, but definitely could be alot better. Burnt onion rings and constant food missing when we get it. I'm hoping it changes in how they manage the employees and how the foods being made. Sorry for the 1 star.

  I hate leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately, today’s experience was extremely disappointing and was easily the worst experience I’ve had here. My last visit wasn’t particularly great either, but I decided to overlook it. Unfortunately, today’s order had several issues. The bun on my hot dog was incredibly dry, my mozzarella sticks were missing from the order, and no one informed me that they were unavailable. I only found out after I called the store myself. When I called, the employee I spoke with was also quite rude and did not take my name or any information regarding the missing item. I was simply told to come back tomorrow to receive a replacement. Additionally, I ordered an Easy Ice drink, but it was nowhere close to being Easy Ice. The RT44 was almost completely full of ice. The only positive part of my order was the Banana Pudding Blast, which was very good. I typically come here because it’s conveniently located near my husband’s job, making it easy for me to stop by and grab him lunch occasionally. However, after this experience, I may start going to the Sonic on N Main St. instead. I understand that mistakes happen, but the combination of the quality issues, missing item, and customer service made this visit especially disappointing. I hope management can address these concerns so future customers have a better experience.
