- JJJFeb 28, 20261.0If I could give a ZERO I would. I did a online order with 3 toppings on each pizza, and paid for the toppings only came with 1 on each! They even had the wrong crust! When I called the mgr, she told me oh well not our problem! Never using Papa Johns again!!!! Worst customer service ever!!!!
- HAHailey AMay 16, 20251.0Ordered multiple things from here through the app. Accidentally put pay for cash so I called THIS store to tell them I made a mistake and paid for my order over the phone with a card. It took money from my bank. They use DoorDash to deliver and SOMEHOW it never showed up that we paid. So DoorDash shows up, and I called to talk to THIS store, which i called and paid through, and they were rude and snotty. She told me that it wasn't showing up on her end so I'd have to pay again. She tried to get a manager to come to the phone to help and the manager refused and was telling the girl on the phone what to say. Extremely disappointed and will not be back or order here again.

The bread tasted wonderful and the sauce flavor was wonderful. I loved it and was so hungry that I suffered worried it would take long to arrive but it didn't! I was so happy it didn't take forever. Total thumbs up excellent all around.
