  I have been trying to get refunded for a double charge since May 3rd. Corporate is trying to help but I just keep getting the run around from the store. And they are very rude. Today I was told corporate can't tell them what to do because they are a franchise. I deleted my former post on it when I thought it had been resolved. Managers there are pretty dang rude. Have now spent more in gas than the refund is worse so I give up.

  I was just there for French fries. My kid had a 20 piece nugget and fries, a basket of fries and a drink, but the thing was, when they brought it to the table, there's nothing offered. All the kid does is bringing to the table, no napkins, no ketchup, no salt, no pepper, nothing, he's just like gods over there. If you want it, it's over there at the front counter. That's only not even meeting me halfway on what's supposed to be done.

  They don't have a fountain Drink station so you can't get your drinks for free so If I wanted more soda I needed to buy it. A cashier Stared at me for about 2-4 minutes which unsettled me and Fries could've been salted more. Overall I would Drive 30 minutes to granbury For a Free Refillable drink with my meal Rather than come here and have to pay more money to just have my cup refilled. 6/10 It's not Bad but it's Not The best either.

  Manager was beyond rude, when I went for a refund after being double charged at curbside. Doubt I will ever go back there once I finally get the refund. She says only corporate could help. They said I have to to the store again. Lol. Isn't that just great!

  I would give zero stars if I could. The employees are beyond rude and careless. They park 4 to 5 cars at a time from the drive thru so can seem like their times are fast. Slowest service ever and then they dont give you the sauces they charge extra for. Incorrect items, items missing. I don’t understand why you would continue to park cars if you can’t even get the orders correct. Then tack on attitude and an unprofessional, disrespectful window employee.
