- CKChris Keeley3 days ago5.0Had to call an audible on lunch bringing a group of 80 home from camp. We gave this location a call and they took our order, organized it by vehicle, and had it ready by the time we arrived. I could tell we overloaded them a bit, and one member of our party (ok, it was me) may have inadvertently made things more difficult, but the workers were polite and worked as efficiently as possible to get our students fed and back on the road. Also, this location has one of the biggest parking lots I've ever seen at a Chick Fil A. I was impressed.

He is honestly the worst employee i have ever seen out of chick fil a and this was the worst chick fil a i have ever been to Micheal also promised mac and cheese only to tell me it will be a 30 minute wait and a different lady walked around and refused to give a refund. My dad had to wait for a refill for 10 minutes, 10 MINUTES this was outrageous. Michael just ignored him even though he was 2 foot away. To the point that my dad had to walk behind the counter and get his own refill. Michael did not react or apologize because he was too busy complaining to every customer in line that he had to work a 16hr shift. Did I mention hes not what I've come to expect from a Chick fil a worker? Francis the manager on 6/20/26 was no help either. My papa or grandpa whatever yall prefer asked for a refill and said thank you after receiving it back from the manager Francis because Michael was still no help. Francis did not respond with the friendly my pleasure that we have come to expect from employees at this restaurant and instead he just walked away in a huff and did not reply at all. In conclusion I have never seen a Chick fil a as bad as this one. Stay away from Chick fil a in Weatherford if you can. They do not measure up to any other Chick fil a.
