  Love this place! Their coffee is so good and I accidentally ordered the wrong drink and asked them if I could get a new one. They made it for me just like I liked! Amazing service and the people are always so nice!

  I’ve had multiple negative experiences at this 7 Brew location, and unfortunately, it has happened several times. Each time, I’ve felt like I was treated unprofessionally and disrespectfully. My most recent experience involving Macy and Rocky was especially disappointing. On top of that, I was recorded by Kobi without my knowledge or permission and Nic or whatever his name is took a picture of me, which made the situation even more uncomfortable and unprofessional. Regardless of the circumstances, I don’t believe customers should be made to feel disrespected or uncomfortable when simply going through the drive-thru. I’m leaving this one-star review because this has become a repeated issue rather than a one-time bad experience. I hope management takes these concerns seriously, looks into what happened, and addresses the way customers are being treated. I would expect better customer service and professionalism from 7 Brew. The list goes on about the employee’s here that have made me uncomfortable and not feel welcome.

  Always a great experience at 7 Brew. The drinks are consistently good, the service is quick, and everyone is always friendly. You can tell the team works hard and actually cares about the customer experience. Definitely recommend! ☕️

  The customer service is absolutely horrible with the manager (Clara) and one of the workers (Rocky). Here’s what’s happened… I went into the second line to get my drink and the worker came to take our order she asked very bluntly for my number (not happy and joyful) and so I told her number and what I wanted she then proceeded to put the tap to pay through our window before I could even give the coupon for “2 for $9” she then rips it back to change it. She then says “tap.” So I did and then she rips the coupon out of my hand and walks away. I did loudly say “you should probably have better customer service” and she gives a dirty look and proceeded to open their building door kind of aggressively. I then pulled up to the front of the line and the manager (Clara) walked out to come “talk” to me. She says “if we yell again in the line she will have to ban me”. That statement is acceptable if that was what had happened. I then interrupted her after that and said “As a business perfective I wouldn’t want my employees to have that bad of customer service.” “I also don’t think it’s acceptable for you to ban me for doing nothing wrong but trying to get a drink and having a bad interaction with your employees.” After that I proceeded to get my drinks and of course it was not the correct drinks. One was right the other was supposed to be a Pink Paradise but they gave me pixie stick instead. At that point I had just accepted it and went on about my day. I’ve never have had a more disappointing experience before. Absolute trashy customer service.

  Just went through for a drink, in a regular and also a past employee, Rocky took my order and was very rude, snatched my coupon out of my hand very aggressively and all she said to me was “TAP” and I proceeded to pay for my order and my friend who was also with me told her she didn’t have good customer service because of how the incident went and we pulled up to get our drinks and they were …. Wrong of course, because she was to busy being rude. The manager Clara came out to my car and told me if we were to “yell “ at her employees again we would be banned… banned for YOUR employees ripping coupons out of customers hands, I told her to look at the camera and she said she would. Terrible customer service, and orders are always wrong.
