  Consistently not making my drink right. How hard is it to put whipped topping on? They either use cold foam or I don’t get anything. Especially at 5:30 when they first open those people mess my drinks up. I don’t have issues with 7brew in Saginaw they’re consistently on point. See photo. Where’s my whipped cream? I wouldn’t complain but almost $8 for a coffee I definitely want it how I order it.

  Drinks are huge. Espresso is average. Music is stupid loud just like others have complained about. The girl taking our order could hardly hear us. They got one of the drinks wrong because the girl taking her order couldn't hear us! Will not go back. What are the owners thinking that this is a good business model?? Must be 17 year olds running the place.

  Tried to get good old fashioned coffee but they told me they had none?? Got an Americano instead but it was so hot it was not safe to drink. Maybe they were having a bad morning.....

  I like the drinks but really tired of these people with zero listening skills. If I ask specifically 3 times for light ice. Literally I say I only want 5 pieces of ice. I shouldn’t have a cup full of ice.

  Normally I've been really happy with my drink and service! But yesterday wasn't the case. I came thru right after 4 and waited for my drink longer than usual😔 not that my drink wasn't ready either, I could see it at the window! The barista was just talking with the car next to me so long that by the time I received my drink, the cold foam was already thru the ice. I'm sure they had a nice time chatting but I don't like paying for a warmer drink when I ordered cold. Side note: jo is the best one there with great customer service! Goes above and beyond! She unfortunately wasn't there when I came yesterday 🤪
