  Not sure how/why this location has a 2.7 rating but it definitely should be higher!! We just returned from a 6 day cruise and stopped at this location on our way in from Galveston. Aiden took care of us! He was friendly, funny and on point. We didn’t wait too long for our food, which was a nice surprise. The kitchen was vibing. They were on it with the pickup and dine in orders. Our wings were hot and delicious. The only complaint that I have and always have is being back the original fries. We miss them.

  the manager working here today. runs a lowsy joint. lets her employees stand around doing nothing, letting food sit without being bagged or attended.

  The reason for the one-star rating is simple: we placed an online order that was scheduled to be ready at 8:32 PM. When we arrived, we were told the store was understaffed and that our order would be ready soon. We understood the situation and were willing to be patient. However, we ultimately waited almost 45 minutes for our food. The food itself was hot and fresh, but unfortunately, the order was not accurate. We had to go back inside to have the issue addressed. Thankfully, the staff provided the missing items and corrected the mistake. I understand that staffing shortages put a tremendous amount of pressure on the employees who are there, and I don’t blame them for working in a difficult situation. But customers shouldn’t have to absorb the consequences of inadequate staffing. We placed an order, were given a specific pickup time, and paid for that order to be prepared correctly. What should have been a quick and seamless pickup turned into roughly a 1.5-hour delay before we were finally able to enjoy our meal. That’s simply not acceptable, regardless of how good the food was. Wingstop management, please make sure this location is staffed appropriately so your current employees aren’t overburdened and customers receive the level of service they are paying for. We will be back because we do enjoy the food, but this particular visit was unfortunately a poor experience and one that management needs to take seriously.

  I went to pick up an order for two chicken sandwiches, and saw some plastic residue on one of my sandwiches, I go in to ask what it is, and they say that a plastic fork fell in the fryer and didn’t clean it out.

  Avoid this wingstop location. Horrible service. Placed an order (very small order at that) with a full 2 hours of notice. I get there to pick up and i was told that my order had not even been started. The cashier proceeds to tell me "sorry we are short staffed". I asked to cancel my order and receive a full refund since my order had not been started yet. I am still waiting on a full refund and better receive it soon. Maybe wingstop should either hire more reliable and responsible adults or pay a descent wage to keep there current employees. Ridiculous.
