Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- JTJacob Tuggle1 day ago5.0This location is my favorite spot in Waxahachie. I recently had a situation where my meal was not fulfilled but the manager for night shift on 04/09 went above and beyond to make up for it as well as make me sure this is the best location in the area. Thank you!!!!

After finally ordering, I went home and realized my order was incorrect. I returned to the store to have it fixed and explained that I had paid for a more expensive item than what I received. Unfortunately, the staff had a very poor attitude throughout the entire interaction and seemed annoyed that I brought the issue to their attention. Between the long wait, the incorrect order, and the lack of customer service, it was a very disappointing The mistake with my order was frustrating, but the staff’s attitude when I came back to get it corrected was even worse. I expect errors to happen occasionally, but I also expect to be treated respectfully when trying to get my order fixed.

I would REALLY like to talk to manager over this one.... Ended up being a 35 minute wait and I just hot home to find out the premium chicken sandwich I ordered didn't happen. Not happy
