  The sprinkler system was on in the drive thru when trying to say my order, shooting water right to my car window while trying to place a order. Someone needs to fix that I got all wet

  Very unorganized managers need more training... one of the worst Whataburgers I've ever been to.. better off going to Chick-fil-A they will have you in and out lol

  Went thru drive thru @5am. 1st they said the lost the scanner to use the WB app. I asked for Coke with my meal. I diet coke no ice.🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ The taquito egg mix was dry but the tortilla was greasy from the grill. Not happy. At all. Service and quality in the early morning not satisfactory. Gotta be better.

  I absolutely love Wataburger. I get consistently good food there no matter which branch I visit. This time we different. The taste was the same, but all the food was cold. Some of the fries were still half frozen. I couldn't tell what the problem was with with the hamburger itself. The lettuce and tomatoes were so cold that the meat itself also became very cold. I couldn't tell if the meat was old or got cold from the veggies. It was like everything I ate was made 30 minutes before I ordered it. I know that wasn't the case, but that's what it tasted like. Wataburger is always made fresh to order, at least it was all the other millions of times I've been to one. I probably should have returned the food and asked for a fresh meal, but I've never been comfortable doing that. I'm hoping this is a one time thing. I'll give them another chance in the future, but if my order from them is ever cold again, I'll definitely not go back to this location.

  Two stars because I've recieved food in the past, JUST NOT TONIGHT! Incompetence doesn't even begin to describe this location. Seems to get worse each month. Ordered a breakfast platter, pancakes, and a chicken sandwich, on their app at 11:10pm. Arrived to pick up at 11:30pm well after the suggested pickup time. Sat in store until 12:20 watching EVERYONE get thier order including the four top that came in at 12:10! Nobody is making pancakes and eggs, it's likely a microwave meal! And a chicken sandwich takes a couple minutes in a feep fryer! Wasn't even that busy with 8 walk in's and MAYBE 10 cars in the drive through. If you're hungry, you are better off up the street at the 7/11! And don't bother ordering ahead it's NEVER ready.
