  I walked into this restaurant and i walked right out. The manager was rude and complaining about employees. And even yelling at a pregnant employee and being disrespectful. I understand the importance of handling situations but in this case that manager needs to be fired for sure. I will be definitely calling corporate office for this.

  I love Whatabuger but when I order my burger the meat is cool. I even ask can I get my meat hot on my burger....they say...sure... its cold... I went everyday this week... and it was cold. Why....

  This is probably the worst Whataburger experience offering location 5/11/26. Not only were the orders coming out after half an hour of waiting, there weren’t even that many people/orders. Several people from drive through came into the store with messed up orders. No refunds given for people who lost patience, they were told to come back tomorrow morning, when GM is there. Orders coming out in random sequence, some people came later and got theirs early, others just stood there longer than everyone. Most workers don’t seem to work with any urgency, just chatting about and moving casually. How can you be this bad?

  It started with being told that if I download the app, id get a free whataburger. I got to the window, and they said Id have to pull through again to do that. I also ordered a salad with crispy chicken. When I made it to the window, She said she had to wait for the grilled to finish cooking. Not what I asked for. She then handed me my beverage confirming it was Coke Zero. It ended up being Dr Pepper. When the other person arrived several mins later with my order, I explained I got the wrong drink. The other person went and got the correct drink in the much smaller size. Somehow the freshly prepared chicken was cold as well, and the burger had the things I asked not to be on it. Do better.

  Worst Whataburger in town by far. Went in for a large fry and a large water, was charged for someone else's food, then when I asked about the order I was given they took it back handed me a random amount of change and a stale old order of French fries and a medium water with no ice that tasted like it was half lemonade. When I went inside to get my order redone, the person at the counter was rude and just set my fries down on the counter and walked away. I received a medium water and a medium French fry that wasn't even filled up all the way after waiting 30 minutes for a large water and large fry. Go to the location on Broadhead Rd, they've never done me this wrong.
