  BBQ was great. Sides were quite disappointing. Slaw and beans were not particularly tasty. Good value, but being your own sides.

  The woman inside was the least friendly HEB employee I have ever dealt with. We had to order at a kiosk and she was uncooperative. I ordered fatty brisket (point), she gave us lean (flat). The other people were friendly. There is no place inside to sit and it’s hot outside. I wanted my new wife to experience HEB brisket like I have back in Frisco. This location was in Waxahachie. Poor customer service. In the future I will stick with the barbecue from HEB in Frisco or from Rudy’s. Indoor seating, friendly people and they give you what you ask for.

  I got a pulled pork sandwich and just an fyi some people don’t like bbq sauced. They want to taste the meat itself. The bbq sauce is okay nothing spectacular.

  Love the BBQ, however today my order was incomplete. Never had to check it before so it's my fault but none of my sides were in the bag, too far to go back into the Labor Day crowd. Dissapoiinted I was looking forward to the sides as well. I was charged but no items, and in this economy. Check your bags ya'll.

  I called and asked if the put any gluten on the brisket. They said no so I came in. When I got there 15 min later, the kiosk said out of stock so I asked out the window and they confirmed they were out of stock. I also wanted a plan potato but no way to order that on the kiosk They just told another customer they were out of a side they ordered. I like human interaction. No kiosk. That cost them a 5 star
