  The store itself seems very clean and inviting. While I was at the Starbucks Coffee stand waiting for my coffee, a Hispanic male with silver hair came out from a side door, talking on the phone. He was talking very loudly and with authority. He said, " Well, if a store can't get it together, then you know what happens, like he was threatening someone on the line. Then I saw a female walk up to him, and she seemed very cautious in how she talked to him. I thought to myself I would not deal with a person like this very easily. I'm a retired police officer and know how to read body language. I then walked over to get a seedless watermelon and saw him again talking to a black male in the produce department. The lady who was talking to him asked me if I needed a basket. She had her hands together and looked very humble, as if she was trying to impress the guy. I politely told her, no thanks and still had a very uncomfortable feeling about this employee. I'm sharing this because I don't tolerate bullying bosses and will speak my mind now that I'm retired and no longer have to take threatening words. Just a word of advice: you never know who is listening when you least expect it.

  This store consistently does not ring up sale items consistently. I had several items that were tagged 50% off and they rang up full price at check out. The check out clerk saw that the item didn't scan correctly but did not try to make the item sell for the correct price.

  The store is very new and has only been open for a short time. About two months ago, I began doing online pickup orders at this location since it’s close to home . Unfortunately, today was the second time my pickup order was not ready at the scheduled time. My pickup was scheduled for 7:00 PM, but I did not leave the parking lot until approximately 7:45 PM. I was told the delay was due to staff members being in training, which was the same explanation I received during my previous experience. I completely understand that training new employees takes time, and I can certainly empathize with the challenges that come with opening a new store. However, I believe customers should be notified in advance if their orders are going to be significantly delayed. I also spoke with the store manager, Daniel Although Daniel stated they were the store manager and initially expressed a willingness to help, they ultimately said there was nothing they could do because the issue was not his department. The conversation came across as unprofessional, and I was told that the situation was neither the store's responsibility nor the customer's, leaving no clear accountability for why orders were not being prepared on time. I sincerely hope the store addresses these issues and improves its online pickup process. With better communication and accountability, I believe the customer experience could be greatly improved.
