  Two days in a row out of a for sale product. Bakery did not have muffins out in the pastry case as well for two days in a row. This store has more holes on the shelf that Swiss cheese. It's ok, I went to HEB and they had everything that I needed. Very simple. If you don't carry the product customers will go to who does. I give it until the end of the year and this building will be a Spirit Halloween.

  This is my second bad experience with this bakery. The first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt but this second one was nasty. I bought an ice cream cake and didn’t notice that it was expired. It had A packed on date of March 31, 2026 and a sale through April 30, 2026 and today is May 7, 2026. I didn’t think to check the expiration date because I didn’t think it would be in the freezer still the cake was really hard and you can taste the frostbite and I called up there three times and waited on hold for five minutes for someone to pick up the phone and then hang up I called again and didn’t get an answer. The first time I had placed an order about a week in advance for my daughter‘s two lucky birthday cake. It was a simple 6 inch round cake but when I got there, they didn’t know what I was talking about and it looked like they just put a cake together in five minutes and they also didn’t have our cupcakes that we ordered. We even told them about it twice, the Second time being when my husband went up there to pick up our entire order, but they told him they didn’t have it so then he had to go back in a couple hours just to get that little 6 inch cake and still no cupcakes

  The Starbucks in here was awful! One person working, long line ,and the girl was so busy the carmal frappe tasted awful. She was rushing to make all the drinks and forgetting ingredients or new or something? Was blended ice with no coffee taste ! Just gross! A waste of money! Threw them in trash ! Who wants a frappe with no carmal or coffee in it? Not me! Will not go back to this Starbucks! Why would you have one worker at anytime in Starbucks when you should know it stays busy! But if this keeps up it will send you out of business!

  A good place to go for a quick grocery trip. They have a decent selection of food items. The problem for me was some of their prices were a little outrageous. A gallon of ice cream on sale for $10??? Most other stores regular prices are $2.00 less for the same item. I wouldn't go there for a full grocery shopping trip. But its perfect for grabbing a few items on a pinch.

  Had a custom cake made at waxahachie store for my 4 year old daughter who loves Gabby’s Dollhouse, I went there with a photo and idea of size and Haley took the order for me explained all I was looking for and she explained extra charges since they do not use fondue. Haley took photos of what I was looking to get for the cake at first the smaller 3 layered cake then plans changed and I modified my order to the 10” 3 layered cake. I also noticed the name was misspelled and she fixed it expeditiously! Haley went above and beyond to not only get the cake out on time and earlier but to meet the design and beyond. To Haley thank you very much and dealing with the changes and still producing an amazing product.
