It’s kinda ridiculous that that’s the only option the last few times I went in there. I can go to HEB and have a nice person check me out. HEB has better prices and better quality meats. This particular Tom Thumb is not like the others I have shopped in. Someone needs to go and investigate the many issues, not just the check out.

If your in the store watch the people that are picking your order they enjoy playing basketball with your groceries I had to cancel half my order due to broken eggs and chicken that I seen laying out for a while, at least they offered to swap my chicken for fresh chicken but I decided to cancel instead. Feel bad for whoever got that old chicken. Update, instead of deducting the price of the items I canceled tom thumb decided to double charge me for the entire order. Way to go tom thumb i expect nothing less from yall.
- ADAussie DadSep 3, 20263.0It's clean and the aisles are clear and the employees are welcoming, however prices are crazy! We usually do not shop here but we needed one item that BJ's did not have. I am a bit of a coffee snob so I picked up a 12oz. bag of Black Rifle Coffee, Spirit of '76 blend, at Walmart for $11.99. Tom Thumb had the exact same product for $17.99! My wife does most of the shopping and now I know why she uses Walmart and BJ's for shopping. I'm not sure how this store stays in business unless people love throwing away their money.
