  I have been to A LOT of Sonics in my life. I will admit there are some that are my favorites BUT this Sonic off of I-35 by the Scarborough Travel Stop is by far my ultimate favorite. The manager and staff are absolutely precious and they know my order so well. They are polite and sweet and I just love them!!

  Averi was very exceptional and her customer service skills were too tier. Tell her to keep up the good work. I hardly ever leave reviews for anyone or any restaurant but this one I had to leave.

  We had the pleasure of a young Lady that was polite and curious and had a wonderful smile while providing service in taking and giving us our order her name was Selina.

  This was my first time visiting this location. I stopped here on the drive home because my 3 year old son was thirty and hungry. So hey! What better place to stop for a drink than sonic right? I pulled into the drive through and placed my order. I don’t visit sonic for food offer, usually only drinks. I got my son popcorn chicken and the lady running the drive thru asked me what kind of sauce would I like. I asked what kind of sauce do you have? She completely ignored me and asked if there was anything else I’d like to order. I was dumbfounded. I just said no and pulled forward. When I got to the window, no one greeted me. Instead, the card reader was shoved in my face. No total was told to me, nothing. They handed me my drinks and food. Not even a word was exchanged. I felt so unwelcomed and awkward. Not even a “have a good day” insane behavior. At least act like you like your job or go work elsewhere. Won’t be stopping here again on any more road trips.
