  Jazmine was amazing! She was genuinely friendly and offered a helpful suggestion for my order. Not only did she take my order, she also was the CarHop!! This employee goes above and beyond. Food was also good 😊

  We ordered ahead through the Sonic app, but unfortunately our order wasn’t complete when we arrived. We were missing 4 corn dogs and were given pretzels instead, which normally would’ve been fine, except we had already ordered pretzels with our meal. I really wish we had been told beforehand that they were out of corn dogs so we could’ve chosen something else. The staff was very nice and did try to make it right by replacing them with hot dogs, but unfortunately the hot dogs were cold. 😢 The rest of our food was decent 👌🏽 and I definitely want to give credit to the employees because the service was friendly and they genuinely tried to fix the situation. No hard feelings at all! I just think better communication about unavailable items and making sure replacements are fresh and hot would’ve made the experience much better.

  I went right before closing.. If you do this.. please double check to make sure that your food is hot and fresh... mine was poorly made

  To whomever took my order and brought out my food thank you for making a bad day nice for me. I had been craving a hot dog for days but only had $6 to my name at the moment. The fact that you brought out a water without me even asking just made my day. It’s the little things. I hope you enjoyed your candy and $2 bills😊
