  The food was okay, orange juice was terrible. So far diluted, it barely had a taste.

  This McDonald’s has been open for some months not even a year. It is great to see that they gave the Waxahachie Life Students an opportunity to work there. However this would be a great opportunity to teach them great customer service. But you can tell the management doesn’t put enough time into them that they just want them to already know all the etiquette standards to serve a customer. You can tell they have no patience for their kids that they hire. They hire them just occupy a work station and they good with their schedules being complete. Every time I go into the drive thru my order is incomplete. I’m having to let know I’m waiting on my food items. We go through the bother to request for sauces in detail just to arrive home with none. Lids are not put on cup correctly or they have the wrong size for the cup and can’t find the right size. Sad these kids are trying but sadly they are being set to fail. Hope management reads to want to make a difference for the sake of McDonald’s on Butcher. Because Life kids will continue to be hired there as they do have potential. Management step up and make it difference!

  This location has all the signs of poor management. The employees hustling around trying to get orders out but the manager using terms like "that isn't my priority" is indicative of what I heard and seen while sitting in their very clean lobby. I heard employees getting off an hour late. Normally that's poor scheduling (also management). Doordash waiting for orders and drive thru customers coming in due to missing items (seen this 4 times in the half hour I was sitting the lobby). Means management isn't helping where it matters. I've personally managed a McDonald's as a much younger man and the issues I see here didn't fly at our store. But here I've had these problems personally as both a customer and simple observer. Some of these problems also happen at the location near 287 and 77.

  Great customer service from Lorie. She was very kind, professional, and went above and beyond to resolve my concern about my missing items. I really appreciate how she handled the situation.
