  I had ordered food through the mobile app went through the drive-through. I had ordered the food 20 minutes ahead of time got to the window, and my food was still not ready. Every car behind me was getting the food that they had ordered, but I was not getting mine. I don’t know if they have new people up there that they’re having to train or if they just didn’t have a care in the world to get the food prepared, so just be aware of this situation.

  July 5th 2026 I just got a sausage McMuffin and the biscuit with sausage as hard as a rock nasty food here will not be eating here ever again. If you're smart you go to Whataburger. 😡😛

  Lowest location ever. Waited in line with one car infront of me over 10min. And of course they are closed to go inside.

  Couldn’t even get someone to acknowledge me at the front after waiting for 5 mins. Tried getting someone’s attention that was there no one even looked my way. Rude, inattentive, wait times are ridiculous. Take the extra time to go to a different location.

  Can someone explain why we even use mobile ordering anymore? I thought the whole point was convenience—so your order is ready or close to ready when you arrive. Standing around waiting when there’s nobody in the restaurant kind of defeats the purpose. However the lady at the window very kind.
