  Its was a very good experience. I always go in the morning and the energy is always there and it take about 5 minutes to get my food. It just gets busy when some of the highschoolers come in but it was very good.

  Fast service, hot fries. Front counter employee was very friendly and helped me with the new kiosk ordering process. WELL DONE!

  My wife suggested going to this McDonald's on Butcher rd. So we went, this restaurant # 39925 in Waxahachie. Ordering the food was hassle, there's a really bad echo when you are trying to and makes it difficult and to top it off, the responses were really slow. So after that I pulled up the first window to pay and I had mentioned that when ordering that there's a bad echo. The response: " I can't do anything about that" this young kid says. I suggested that he inform his manager about the issue. Secondly,, I paid with cash, the amount for the order was 27.56. I gave him 40.56, expecting 13.00 dollars back and he said thank you and pull up to next window. I then asked him where my change is, he said what change? He then realized he messed up and went to get his manager to correct it. It's not hard to figure out what my change is, both had to use a calculator to figure it out, WOW what is going on with the younger generation? Back in the day, you would have been fired. There's no common sense with the generation and they really don't want to work. So after all this was corrected, we move to the next window and they give us our drinks and has us pull up waiting spot #2. The young man brought the food no smiles and just damn near threw it at me through my truck window. Needless to say that made my mind up about this location,,,, I will not and won't be going back to this McDonald's again,, ever! Got home,, the fries were under cooked and the burgers were just thrown together. I'm going to give a little advice,,,,,, if you don't like what you do, then quit! The managers need to be replaced. In short,, you probably shouldn't have opened the doors if this is the service you're going to give. I'm done!!!

  Went through the drive thru. Nobody took my payment at the first window. I got to the pick up window and was given the wrong order. I explained what I ordered. She came back and tried to give me wrong order again. After waiting for several minutes was handed my order. When I got home my big breakfast with hot cakes was missing the eggs. Somebody there need st step up their game or maybe get some kind of supervision.

  Did online order for curbside. 2 meals add 1 lg. ice coffee and the new fries with seasoning packet. Horrible, ice coffee was from that mornings coffee it was so old and bitter. It was,raining so I went to the drive thru which was busy. Told the guy the problem he said he would have someone come back out to the curbside. Waited 12 minutes no show. No one answers the phone. Went back to drive thru pulled forward explained again the issue pulled to the last windows waited 15 more minutes. Honked the horn to get help he said they were working on it. Got home I'm positive it's the same coffee with ice added!!! Also no new seasoning for the new fries but they charged for it!! Everything was cold! Called the number on the drive thru windows, twice and still no call back!!!!
