  Employees seem to be annoyed by guests that choose to dine inside. Also, guests have no option but to place their own order via kiosks if dining inside. Drive thru service is hardly better

  Come on McDonald's I know you see all these reviews are terrible we just got home and our burgers are undercooked my son's filet of fish was undercooked I've got a picture that I'll share with you of the undercooked Burgers we always get cold fries undercooked Burgers we always have to wait as if they're still cooking the food but then it's not cooked I asked for unsweet tea he hands me a lemonade I confirm is this unsweet tea he says yes I taste it and its lemonade the only thing they get right every time is the Happy Meal everything else is wrong no sauce no straws undercooked Burgers undercooked chicken sandwiches cold fries not once not twice not even three times every time we're paying for this food and it's wrong and it's raw and they have no intentions it feels like I'm fixing it as you can see negative reviews for months on end way more negative reviews than I've ever seen for any other McDonald's. I intended to add a picture of the raw Burger but it will not let me add a picture or I don't know how

  I've only ever gotten a medium mocha Frappuccino.However, it takes 30 minutes to make it, whether that's at 6 AM and the restaurant and the drive through is Empty or at eight in the morning or four in the afternoon , it still takes thirty minutes for 1 drink

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding service from Jonathan and Troy! I had a fantastic visit here today, largely thanks to Jonathan and Troy. From the moment I ordered, both of them went above & beyond providing fast, and efficient service with genuinely positive attitudes. The food came out fresh, hot, and exactly right, but it was their professionalism and friendly, welcoming energy that really stood out. ​Finding great customer service like this isn’t always easy, and management should definitely recognize Jonathan and Troy for representing the store so well. Keep up the great work, guys!

  I ordered spicy chicken nuggets and French fries, and two kids meals. When I got to the window I was given regular nuggets. I asked the cashier if I could have the spicy nuggets. She condescendingly asked if I truly ordered spicy nuggets. Then I asked her to replace the French fries because they were cold. She snatched the bag and buffed and lifted about it and another worker came back with fries that were still barely warm. The nuggets were fried so hard that they disintegrated when I bit into them. Then they only filled my kids drinks up half way. We waited 15 minutes in the drive through for the worst food and even worse service. Avoid this McDonald's if at all possible. I wish I could give it ZERO stars
