  Every time I order out then the driver get there they just say we are closed there no point for making it 24 hours when there closed for 4 to 5 hours just truly just a waste of time

  Slowest service waited 30 minutes kitchen staff full but everyone is standing around and the managers look confused like they don’t know what they’re doing. This kitchen staff needs training

  This is the worst experience with ordering food to curbside pick up, in this restaurant they don't know what means fast food!!! Our order took 22 minutes to be ready and we didn't even receive the food in the car, my husband had to get out to ask for the order and of course they didn't have it ready, until he asked they started preparing it. So if you expect to order and receive your order quickly, this is not the place for that. This location so far is the worst in customer service and in honoring the term of fast food.

  I ate it numerous McDonald's and this is the only one that I can come at lunch time at 11:00 and get cold fries left over from last night it looks like. Furthermore the chicken nuggets are hard as a Rock. I've had other problems with the same location I hope and pray that y'all can get it together otherwise I won't be going here anymore. Thanks Daniel

  I waited 5 minutes in the drive thru and my food was cold. I took it inside, the manger played inside the bag with her hands, changed the fries and said there you go. I said I would prefer a refund. She refused and walked off. I left the bag on the counter and left. I would like the owner to contact me. The manager is rude and has no customer service skills. Save yourself a headache and DO NOT GO HERE!
