  We had a delivery order put in and we didn’t even get an Order number on the delivery before the manager and workers canceled the order. My husband went up to the restaurant to the drive through to put in the same order we did through delivery and when he asked the manager, Rebecca, why our order was canceled, she stated it was because they didn’t feel like making the order. VERY unprofessional and INEXCUSABLE! Who actually DOES that?! Management needs to be looked into at this location, because a young teenager shouldn’t be managing if she doesn’t have the integrity and initiative to work.

  Mobile order cancelled on 3 separate occasions, called to see why and got a half baked answer from whatever “manager” was operating the site. Do not accept mobile orders if you will not honor them- takes up to 14 days for a refund and they don’t have the capability to resume cancelled orders.

  Had trouble placing my order. Took me over 30 minutes. Was told that I could not order @ drive-thru, by inside. I usually have no problem getting in and out, but yesterday 4/22/26 I was late eating lunch with my granddaughter. I was very UNHAPPY.

  I thought this location was lovely. You can tell the owner really cares. It was super clean and he had a display table out showing all the benefits employees get if you’d like to work for McDonald’s and there as well. The owner takes time to respond to all these comments as well. A rarity for a franchise owner. I don’t live here. We just stopped on our way back home to central Texas but a McDonald’s is always our go to pit stop for a little happy meal and bathroom break. I do agree that a little more attention or training could happen with employees on the food preparation (one of my hash browns was undercooked) but also this is a quick service place and they aren’t perfect.

  We tried to get a K-Pop demon hunter happy meal with a Cheeseburger instead of chicken nuggets for our kids. The team and manager didn't even try to make it happen. They said they couldn't do it even though I've been at another McDonald's that did figure how to charge us for the toy separately. 1 star, shame on the management here.
