  The only reason I gave it a four for the food was because I didn't think the portion size for the item I ordered was worth $20. I got the camerones mojo de ajo. It was insanely tasty but the shrimp were small and I didn't get very many of them. The fries were good. The rice was bland but the texture was nice. I will go back but I will get something else.

  We decided to try this place because it was recommended to us, but unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed. The one star I'm giving is honestly for our waitress because she was very attentive, friendly, and did a great job. As far as the restaurant itself, there was water dripping from the ceiling in several different areas, which was not a great first impression. The food was even more disappointing. We ordered two different soups—one complete seafood soup and another with shrimp and fish—and both tasted like they were made with the exact same broth. The seafood tasted frozen to us, and the soups came out so overheated that they were literally burning hot. We ended up adding a ridiculous amount of salt, pepper, lemon, cilantro, and onion just to try to give the soup some flavor. For what we paid, the quality of the food was nowhere near what we expected. Unfortunately, we would not return or recommend this restaurant based on our experience. If you're looking for really good seafood, this just wasn't it for us.

  Flavorful food! Best shrimp quesadilla I've ever had! Even my culinary snob of a millennial daughter loved it! Can't recommend enough!
