  Asked before I ordered if they still had oil and vinegar instead of the crap sauce they call a blend. They said yes...took my money...then told me at the end that they only have the blend. Employees should be educated on what they have.

  Very frustrating experience at this location today. I was just here yesterday and my rewards worked perfectly, so I was confused when I was told they were not working today. The cashier asked me to try scanning it three different times, but seemed impatient throughout the process and didn’t offer much help or try to find another solution. As a loyal customer who uses the rewards program, I expect better customer service and a willingness to help when issues come up. I hope management looks into both the rewards system and how situations like this are handled, because this experience was disappointing.

  Very, very expensive lunch. A giant jjblt combo will set you back twenty five bucks. Every single table was dirty and the store was not particularly busy.
