  I hate bad business practices, such as labeling a drink as a certain price, then adding a dollar at the register just for ice in hopes folks don’t pay attention is just disgraceful. Tried every tea in there, it all tasted like water or gross water. But couldn’t get over such deceit. Do not recommend.

  I ordered a gallon of tea for delivery and sent it to the wrong address. I missed the calls from the Door Dash driver and wasn’t able to follow up for several hours. I called the store in Waxahachie and explained my problem to Hillary. She was so nice and even though the mistake was mine and the store is not responsible for an order once Door Dash picks it up, she kindly replaced the tea that wasn’t delivered.

  I have seen HTeaOs popping up all over the place and finally tried one for the first time yesterday. I went through the drivethrough and ordered a 50 oz georgia peach - and OMG i am hooked - I went back today for another one but this time did unsweet georgia peach and it was so refreshing. Both times the employees were cheerful and helpful - great service and delcious tea!!!
