  I am so tied of trying to shop, get down aisles, or make my way through the store, only to be blocked by the large red racks everywhere. They park these in the middle of an aisle and then walk up and down the aisle gathering items meanwhile everyone tries their best to figure how to get around these large racks parked in the middle. Can you not schedule certain times for these to be out and about? I finally had to leave my cart at the end of the aisle on one occasion and on a completely different aisle on another. I would advise not to get in the way either, they will cut you off, jump in front of you, no courtesy what so ever. It is really frustrating. Saturday and Sunday afternoons are not the time to have these carts all over the place.

  Since the COVID-19 period, I have been using delivery services regularly, but I have never encountered someone as kind and sincere as this person. They honestly informed me that explained the lack of stock clearly with photos and other stuff . Such genuine and thoughtful service shows great integrity. Having employees like this will greatly enhance the reputation of the store. Cristal K was wonderful driver!!!

  Be careful and double check your prices! I was going to buy multiple of something, but the price tag was in a weird spot out of sight, so it was actually more than what it seemed. They said the price tag was for a completely different product. When I asked the cashier about it, she was incredibly short with me. I even apologized about not seeing the correct tag since it was in an odd spot, and she just cut me off. Rude customer service and misleading price tags.

  I ordered yesterday for this morning and I have no idea what happen but it later said it’s for tomorrow ok maybe user error lol canceled it and then ordered again pick up time was for 6:30pm got there at 6:25pm because sometimes it’s very busy checked the app and it was stuck at shopping i waited 10 mins to see if it was ready but still it was stuck so I called and they told me it will me like 3 minute wait because they forgot my potatoes ok it was fine long story i didnt get my food untill 7:04pm waited over 30 minutes then got home and they forgot one of my items so great I really loved heb and maybe it’s just this location but it’s my last time returning sadly I’ve been going here over 4 years it’s so disappointing also it’s not the first time I waited for curbside over 30 minutes last 2 encounters were like this but this time I didn’t get my order right :(

  I go there every night after work and spend too much. Their bakery, yogurt, fruit and supplement sections have become addictions. Good ones, but nevertheless. It's like, once you've had their baked cookies, bread and real juice, there's no going back. By the way, I wasn't shopping for makeup for myself, just using AI to try and get the right makeup for someone.
