  Well I loved this place until now. Got the longest hair in my bagel not only was it hanging out the top of the bagel it was all through the cream cheese as well. Tried calling to get help on the matter. Was no help at all couldn't even reach not 1 person.

  The food was excellent and we interacted with 3 employees while we were there and they were all wonderful. We will definitely be back.

  We waited over an hour doing an instore pickup. They continued to not even look my way, so I ended up going to the drive thru. Where they proceded to tell me they didn’t even have the correct bagels anymore or the correct shmear. Total incompetence by the management.

  Wait time is insane. Zero cars in the drive thru yet they could not take my order, kept telling me they’d be with me in a moment (10 minutes of waiting just to have my order taken - and still didn’t). Having been there before and knowing that the bagel making itself seems to take an additional 15 minutes and it’s a 50/50 the bagel will be burned and the bag a mess of cream cheese, I left. I won’t be returning a 4th time considering the experience was far less than average the first 3.

  Waited at the drive thru for 10 mins no answer says they open at 6am but staff was just putting on stuff when I passed by the window at 6:20am.
